What We Love about Montreal: The second-largest French-speaking city in the world—after Paris, of course. Home of Cirque du Soleil. Old Montreal and its cobblestone streets. The Latin Quarter. The Montreal International Jazz Fest (Stevie Wonder opened this year's celebration). The Plateau—Canada's most creative neighborhood, where almost 10 percent of the residents are artists. Shopping and dining in the climate-controlled Underground City. Hockey players with French accents.
