I've spent way too much time with food freaks - superskinny people who avoid wheat one week and only eat tofu the next. So I was surprised to find out that Jackie Warner, ultrafit star of the show "Work Out" isn't that way at all. In fact, she said that she and her crew stop at Mexican restaurants every now and then when they're on the road.
Her secret to doing that and looking the way she does: Eat the good, the bad, and the ugly, in that order. She orders fajitas, for instance, and eats one or two without the wrap first-that's the good. The bad? Eating one with the wrap (or any starch or bread). Once you're getting filled up, you can go for the ugly - your drink, dessert, whatever. The key is that by that time, you've filled up on the good stuff so don't have much room for the bad.
Easy. Smart. Try it tonight.
