FOUR TO SIX WEEKS

> No processed food.
> No dairy (it takes the body longer to digest).
> Start every morning with fruits (she recommends watermelon, blueberries, and strawberries for their high water content).
> Load up on lean proteins (turkey and chicken breast; white fish, like tilapia) and leafy greens (kale, Swiss chard, and spinach) throughout the day.
> Stay away from saturated oils and dressings. For guilt-free flavor, try lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper.
> Limit carbs to one cup of brown rice or quinoa daily.
> If you must satisfy a sweet tooth, try cacao or dark chocolate.
> Drink only water and green tea.

ONE WEEK
> Follow rules for "four to six weeks"; reduce carbs to a half cup a day.
> Avoid salty foods that lead to water retention.

TWO TO THREE DAYS
> Follow all rules above, but cut out all carbs.
> Drink lots of water.
>Try just watermelon for breakfast (it fills you up and keeps you hydrated).
