World Osteoporosis Day is coming up on October 20th and the
wants you to know a healthy lifestyle is a great way to avoid developing osteoporosis later in life.
One of the easiest ways to avoid osteoporosis is to ensure you're getting enough calcium: the IOF suggests at least 1000mg a day for women over 19. Also important is regularly performing weight-bearing exercises. We can't think of a better excuse to indulge in a delicious dairy treat. We'll work it off doing reps later!
