Uuuh...Day Four

Uuuh...Day Four

Once again, what I guess I'm shooting for are the benefits from the Excavating Cleanse (III).

This Cleanse will gently rid your body of impurities, regain an alkaline balance and normalize digestion and metabolism. Too often, a cleanse stirs up detox symptoms that are far too intense for the “average” person. BPC is designed for people that would like to give their insides a rest while simultaneously going on about their daily lives. One needn’t gamble with extremes to feel the benefits of a Cleanse.

I will report "movements" are not as bad as I thought they would be.  It's really the lack of energy that is most noticeable.  And every little thing that happens you immediately think: CLEANSE.

Drippy nose-oh, must be the cleanse.

Bad hair day: definitely the cleanse.

Skin feels tingly: cleanse.

I've been searching to see what happens once I'm done but haven't read what to eat or what will happen. I can guess what and how to eat - slow, small and healthy but what else happens...I have no idea.

Day Four and I would still recommend and try again myself.
