Ten Reasons Why I Wasn't (Athletically) Promiscuous Last Week

1. I didn't have time to buy new sneakers.

2. I stayed up late watching " A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila" and slept through my alarm the next morning.

3. I will be shoveling mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie into my mouth next week so what's the point of starting now?

4. It costs money to join a gym, take a class, or buy new workout clothes.

5. I had a zit.

6. I'm indecisive - Gym, boot camp, or tap dancing? Kickboxing, break dancing, or the S-Factor? In the morning, during lunch, or after work?

7. I looked fat in my workout clothes.

8. I thought "America's Next Top Model" marathon qualified as exercise.

9. I knew I could justify my laziness with a list silly excuses.

10. Promiscuity is frowned upon.
