Fair and Balanced?

Media Circus

I am a Democrat who hates the New York Times. I read it because, living in New York, it's my local paper, but it's about as fair and balanced as Fox News, only for the other side. The hypocrisy of it befuddles me, and it came to a head last week with the well-timed Giuliani smear piece (just before the Florida primary, on which Rudy has put down all his chips). I don't support Rudy. But I do support a fair, unbiased fourth estate offering equal time to all. Let the polls campaign, let the press report, let the people choose.
