Hi. I'm Amanda Hearst. I'm here for [unknown] It Gets Better project. There's a moment 'til we think it's not get better, but there's always gonna be [unknown]. You're always gonna feel bad, lost. Personally when I feel like that, I just tell myself this moment doesn't define the rest of your life. Right now it's just one moment in a string of moment in your whole life. And it get's better. It always does.
It gets better. It gets better.
It doesn't get better. It's getting worse. On experience, it's getting much, much worse.

It does get better for us.
