Hi, I'm Cindy Whitmarsh from ExerciseTV. I work a lot with athletes and professional cheerleaders and my favorite cheerleader exercise that I have the girls do before they go out in the field is called the cheerleader legs blast. I'm gonna show you first and then I want you to join with me, okay? Our hands are gonna be right here to start. We're gonna lunge forward, side, and back. Watch me first. Right leg goes. Forward...side...back and squat right here. Opposite side. Here we go. Forward...side...back. All right, you ready to join me? Right leg. Now remember, when you lunge, you wanna make sure that your knee does not come out over your toes. Squat now. Switch sides ***CUT
