Hi, I'm Jessica Smith with ExerciseTV and this is Fast Fat Burn. What we're going to do is just a short burst of activity that really gets your heart rate up and get you burning some fat. I want you to start with me with a side tap, just coming out with those arms, bringing up our heart rate here. Good. Now, studies have shown that short burst of activity can be just as effective as longer duration sessions if done throughout the day. So, even if you just have 2 minutes to throw in some time to work out, go for it. This is a great way to do it with Fast Fat Burn. Good. Let's see right here. You know, we're just picking up that heart rate. Now, all I want you to do from here is just go ahead and give me a step knee. It looks like this. You're going to step knee, just walk it back to change feet. Uh-huh. Step knee, step it back. Really moving those arms as you're keeping that heart rate elevated and rising further. Good. The abs are tight. Pull it out. Step knee. Keeping you in that cardio zone. Keeping it in that fat burning range. Pull. Do it. Fantastic. You need 4 more. Getting ready to change our move. Two. Good. Now, all I want you to do from here is just give me a side push, to the front and to the back. Good. So, you're really opening up, really reaching. Again, the more we can move our arms and legs at the same time, the more the body has to work. The harder that heart has to pump, more calories you're burning. Good. Now, let's march your back out to the front. Take it around. Good. Let's change sides. Take a back. Take it back. Good. So again, we're just keeping it simple today because this is just about getting your heart rate up for that short burst, nothing too complex. I just want you to breathe while we're working. Good. Stay with it right here. Come on. Push it out. Really reach those arms. Excellent. Give me 4 more. 3, 2, 1, marching it back to the front. Let's go back to that step knee to finish up here. Step it front. Step knee. Good. Excellent. That's it. So remember, everything counts. Even if it's just a 2-minute blast, everything adds up. Good. Bring it in, bring it in. High knees. You're looking good. I know that too, but I'm feeling good at this point too. Bring it in. Let's go for 4 more. Up, 3. Last 2. And, let's just march it out. Bring it back down.
