There's an area that can get to be pretty nasty. It's on the waistline, sometimes referred to as muffin top, love handle area. Well, this move called the pretzel will take care of that for you. You're gonna start with one leg in a 90-degree angle in front of you. Take both of your palms forward of that leg. You're back leg is at a 90-degree angle and you're gonna try to lift your ankle up higher than your knee. You're going to do 30 lifts to the side and 30 presses back. Some of the extra benefits for doing the pretzel are not only a slimmer waistline, but you're gonna feel gluteus maximus, minimus, medius; basically an all-in-one position for your waistline and bottom. You can do this everyday.
