So there's an area of skin that could sometimes start to sag down over your kneecap. I sometimes refer to it as the knee flap. Thigh dancing is one of those exercises that will take care of it for you. You're gonna start with your hands forward. You're going to bring your tailbone forward towards your hand. As you bring your arms back, you're gonna arch the back and continue, forward and back, forward and back. Next, put your hands on your hips and shake your hips side to side. It's okay to get a little attitude here. It's also fun to do this move with a great piece of music. It will help motivate you. Next, bring your arms over head, remember try to spring knees together, circle one direction and then circle the other direction. One of the extra benefits for doing thigh dancing is when you have strong thigh muscles, you have a strong metabolic rate.
