I don't think anyone would argue that eyelashes can make or break any look. We're going to show how to maximize your lashes and even have a little fun with them. Here's how to get the look. Mascara should be the last piece of makeup you put on your face. Make sure everything else is done before turning your attention to the lashes. Take your eyelash curler and heat it up slightly with a blow dryer, then carefully crimp your lashes. Using tweezers, pick up a small clump of false eyelashes. If you are using single lashes, use three on each side. Dip it in lash glue and place it at the top outer corner of each eye. If your natural lashes are shorter than the false lashes, trim the false eyelashes with cuticle scissors before you apply them. Now that your false eyelashes are on, you want to blend them as best you can with your natural lashes. Try a lash primer. Apply to your natural lashes concentrating on the tips. This will help thicken and lengthen your lashes. Now, it's time to apply your mascara. Now before your do this, clean the wand with a paper towel. This will prevent clumps. Apply mascara to just your upper lashes. Start at the root of the lash and wiggle the brush to the ends. Tilt your head down to get the base of the lashes. Next, take your eyelash comb and gently separate the lashes. Apply a second coat followed by another turn with the eyelash color. Adding false lashes creates a dramatic look, making eyelashes not just a staple, but an accessory.
