Okay, we've all been there, trying to get rid of the evidence of our sleep-deprived lives. Studies show that adults should get about 8 hours of sleep at night. In reality, most people don't get that much. Since there's little chance of us being able to change that, the least we can do is try to look like we're rested. And we can do that with make-up. Here's how to get the look. The first priority should be moisturizer; a sleep-deprived skin can get dehydrated. Use an intense moisturizer in the morning, and then continue to apply a lighter cream throughout the day. You want to avoid piling on the foundation or gonna end up looking like a mask, not a good look at all. Try a tinted moisturizer instead. Next, you want to pay attention to those tired eyes. Use a beige eye pencil; it counteracts any redness around your eyes. Another trick is to put a dab of white shimmer powder at the inside corner of each eye. Then, take that same powder and apply just underneath your eyebrows. That will give your eyes a little twinkle. The third step to rested and radiant skin is to freshen up your skin tone. Exhaustion can cause the skin to look dull. For eyelids, use concealer. To restore a sense of freshness, use a rosy blush on your cheeks. Getting sleep is hard. Looking like you're rested is easy.
