The triceps muscle area is one of the first areas on the body that shows fat develop. Fortunately, we have a great exercise that can change that for you rapidly. You're gonna start with your fingertips facing forward. You're gonna lift your hips up towards the ceiling, shift your body weight back and bring one hand towards your chest. As you start to bend your elbows, you're gonna extend your legs. As you strain your arms, you bend the leg, and you continue, bend and straight, bend and straight. You're gonna do about 10 to 15 on each leg and, boy will you love the result of this one.
