After the age of 30, your metabolic rate starts to slow down and you lose bone density. This exercise called the standing attitude can help reverse the effects of aging. You're gonna need a countertop or a strong surface. Begin by putting your forearm down on the surface, bring 1 leg up behind you, pull your abdominal wall in, and begin by lifting your leg up to the side. And then press your leg back. So you're gonna do about 30 reps, 30 lifts to the side and 30 presses back. Remember, a little discomfort goes a long way.
