Hi. This is Jennifer Galardi and I've got a great exercise to help you stress less. It can be done at the stoplight in a car, at your desk or anytime you feel you really need to unwind. It's a simple breathing exercise. When you inhale, I want you filling up the lungs, expanding the chest outwards and in front and back of you as much area as you can fill up like you're filling up a balloon. And when you exhale, let it all release. Try to make your inhalations as long and deep as your exhalations. So, let's do about three together. You go in. Fill up at the top, exhale, hold the belly back. Inhale, fill up that balloon. Exhale that all out. Let me hear you on this last one. Inhale deeply, exhale out. All right. We're gonna do two more. Do them with me on these. On the inhale, I want you to scrounge your shoulders up. On the exhale, you're just going to let them pull down. You might hear a little crack. That's just your muscles relaxing. So inhale, one more inhale all the way to the ears. Exhale. Great job with that simple technique. You can stress less. Thanks for joining me. I'm Jennifer Galardi for ExerciseTV.
