Running in Heels Behind the Scenes Video

The magazine gave me the names of the other interns.

We decided that taking three interns who would look at the magazine through fresh, new eyes would be a great conceit around which to show well the different things we do.

My god.

When I started at Marie Claire, the Devil Wears Prada was just out in the movie theaters and we got called by many TV producers who wanted to come in and spend time with this and figure out a show based around the real-life fashion magazine.

So this is it. This is home base.

Oh, thank god. Look at that view.

Running in heels is a lot of fun to film. I think that it- Especially at first, it was- It was intense having all the camera crews around. Go backstage to the Rock & Republic Show. We're hoping that you can do some on-flight interview.

[unknown] probably week three. [unknown] even know just the microphone anymore. We're just carrying on his [unknown] and to the point, you know, I [unknown] dropped my microphone down the toilet. You know, you can kind of just get on with life.

I'm Zoey.

We were on our first- Our best behavior for the very first sort of weeks of it but then, that sort of gets stripped away as you continued on.

Big one for me is no speaking unless spoken to.

Looks authentic. It's the real thing. We have three interns who, you know, we sort of see the magazine through their eyes to really get a very true sense of what it is to work there.

Style Network and Marie Claire really have the same message. It's about living the best life you can live, being a strong woman, being an independent woman.

I think [unknown] good. That is- That is reality. Yes, it's glamorous and it's fabulous and it's fun but this is- It also is a serious Job.

It was really all about the closet. I just wanted an excuse to get into the closet. That's the only reason I wanted to produce this show.

Hi. I'm Samantha. I'm here for Marie Claire. And can I pick up clothes for Joanna Coles?

Because as you get older, you forget how stressful and difficult the workplace can be for people starting out in it.

I feel like my feet are gonna fall off. They're completely numb. They're bleeding. They're stinging, burning. I'm really stressed out right now.

I like so much of the show. It was just so much fun for us to do. People come up to me and say, "Oh, I love that scene." And, it's as if they've been following me during my day and then I realize, well, they kinda have.

Well, I have a very stressful life. I'm busy working two jobs. On a scale of one to 10, my stress level is 9.8.

Scale of one to 10, I'd say like I'm 8.

On a busy day, definitely stressful.

To relieve my stress, I like to hang out with friends or exercise. [unknown] Sometimes I work out to cope with stress. I'm more likely to watch TV [unknown].

I like to sing a lot and listen to music. So, when I have a stressful day, simply music and I'm in my room just chilling.

I can't really see myself sitting down and just relaxing. I'm always doing something. So, like that's really my stress reliever.

I tend to find myself well watch a movie at my- Or I'll go home and I'll paint and painting has really helped me out with stress.
