Here's a saddle bag blaster. It's called the Power Plie. You're gonna start with your feet a little wider than your hips and take your seat down towards knee level, and pulse your seat down. Try to do about 30 to 60 reps here. Next, you're gonna take your arms above your head, stay down low, and show me your hips right and left, side to side. So not only are you working your thighs her and waistline, there's an area under your seat that you don't want hanging on the back of your legs. This move is going to do it for you. Remember, press down hard into your heel. One last set, try to stay with it. You're gonna put your hands back on your hips, raise your right heel off the carpet and then lower it down, and then left heel. Alternating heels, 30 to 60 reps. Remember to stay down low and you won't have to worry about that bulge on the outside of your hips.
