Hi. My name is Jenna Phillips. I'm here with ExerciseTV. If you want sleek, sexy abs, I can show you how in just a few minutes. First, we're gonna start here sitting down. You wanna keep your feet together right here. Extend your arms directly in front. Relax your shoulders. You're gonna come all the way back. Roll it down and then come up using a little bit of momentum right here. Try to do about 30 of these, eventually getting up to about a 100 right here. Next thing, little boxing. Feet together, flexed, lift across, twist, twist, twist. Again, try to do this for about a minute or so without stopping. Right here. Next thing, some leg lifts. On your back, you wanna put your hands under your butt to protect your lower back because you don't want your spine to arch. Feet together, flex your feet, lift that all the way and then all the way back down. You wanna do this for about 30 seconds, 30 repetitions. Try to do a hundred without stopping. That's your goal. Next thing, going into side plank. First, what you do here is put your elbow directly beneath your shoulder. Feet are stacked. Hips are stacked. Top arm up all the way. You're gonna lift and then twist. Touch your back with your fingertips. Bring it up and then bring it under. You wanna do about 20 of these on each side and up here, other side. Then of course, we're gonna ride in the bicycle kicks. Hands behind your head. Elbows out to your side. Elbow comes the outside of your opposite knee. This gets to every single muscle in your stomach at the same time. Try to do this for about a minute without stopping. Good work. Next thing, both legs up right here. You're going to reach up, touch, touch, touch. You then do a goal as a hundred without stopping. Amazing work everybody.
