Hi, I'm Ceddie Winkon founder of Bar Three Exercise Studio. This exercise I'm about to show you is called bar three swim. It's featured in your Marie Claire magazine. We love it because it's a total body workout and you can do it right there at your home. All you need is a sturdy waist height chair or kitchen counter surface. You may also want to use the ball like the one you saw in my website. So, let's get started. Turn into the counter and if you're using the ball, Place that between your knees. Take a big step back and drop forward into a forward fall. Your hands are shoulder distance apart and feet are right into those hips. You can bend your knees a little bit if you need to make sure your spine is long. You're gonna draw the shoulder out of the ears and pull the navel in, and as you inhale, lift up into the that right shoulder and then drop down in both knees and will go to the other side. I will just keep this going to pushing your feet into the floor if you bend your knee, and you're rebounding the body slightly into a twist of the left arm. This is a great way to really work the way trying to work incorporating this nice twist, which also helps improve digestion and create a nice long neck. Using those legs there to heat the body to rub the metabolism. Let's just do 2 more here, and the drop this arms down, push your feet and will inhale and right to standing. Bring your palms together into heart center. Okay, that was your bar three workout. I recommend working at for about 3 minutes in length, pick a favorite song and give a go.
