When gorgeous stars share their secret tips to looking ageless, the results are usually pretty disappointing. They're either recommending something they're being paid to advertise, or saying something painfully obvious (no way, you wash your face with water, I would have never guessed that?!). But Olivia Munn took to Instagram last night (in what we hope isn't a paid ad for Proactiv or potatoes, though it still could be...) to share the four tips that have helped change the shape and texture of her face over the last year, and they're actually pretty interesting:
1) She lost 12 pounds by doing an hour-long workout a few times a week. This not only leaned out her cheeks and jawline, but also improved her skin by increasing blood flow to her face.
2) She softened the angle of her brows. A facialist pointed out that she was shaping her eyebrows into a frown and that giving them a more horizontal angle would brighten her eyes.
3) She got rid of sunspots by wiping her face every night with Proactive Mark Fading Pads.
4) She ate Japanese potatoes―they're high in Hyaluronic Acid, which apparently helps keep wrinkles away.
"Who says guys are the only ones who can get better with age?" she wrote. "We're gonna turn that myth around if we share what we learn with each other. "
