In proof that you don't always need a personal chef to eat healthy, Khloé Kardashian recently listed the items she orders when she eats fast food: "Even though clean eating is my M.O., sometimes I find myself in situations where there just isn't an avocado smoothie or quinoa salad on the menu," she wrote on her app. Here's the Khloé special at a few top fast-food joints:
McDonald's: Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Khloé likes that this option is rich in filling protein, with 32 grams. She skips the fries and soda, and doesn't supersize her order.
Chipotle: Salad Bowl
Khloé's order includes romaine lettuce, black beans, fajita vegetables, fresh tomato salsa, and guacamole. She skips the burrito wrapper, cheese, and sour cream, but springs for extra guac, because obviously.
KFC: Kentucky Grilled Chicken Breast With Sweet Kernel Corn and Green Beans

At KFC, though, she tends to opt for a grilled chicken breast and veggie sides to keep things on the light side and amp up her nutrient intake.
At Subway: Turkey Breast Sub
A Subway meal for Khloé means a 6-inch turkey breast sandwich served on a 9-grain bun with Swiss cheese, banana peppers, cucumbers, green peppers, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, and vinegar dressing. All the freebies!
At Taco Bell: Two Fresco Soft Tacos
Khloé keeps things simple with soft tacos topped with shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and pico de gallo, specifically avoiding "anything smothered, fried, or wrapped in a Dorito."
