If you've seen the lavish nuptials of Khadija Uzhakhovs and Russian oil fortune heir Said Gutseriev, you know that the rule with billionaire weddings is definitely to go big or go home.
So when Sargis Karapetyan, the 23-year-old son of an Armenian billionaire, and his Georgian bride, 25-year-old Salome Kintsurashvili, recently got married in Moscow, they needed to up the ante to make it an even more opulent affair.
Luckily, Karapetyan's father, Samvel Karapetyan, is a real estate mogul with a net worth of $3.4 billion, and so was able to provide the funds for a wedding that is estimated to have cost over $2 million.
Let's start with the fact that the bride wore at least two designer wedding dresses. The main one was this stunningly embellished Elle Saab gown.
Later, she changed into a traditional Georgian wedding gown to perform a traditional dance with her new hubby and backup dancers.
But the main entertainment was Maroon 5, whose performance cost an estimate $500,000 to $800,000.
The wedding reception was held at the Moscow restaurant Safisa, where the entrance hall was decorated to look like an enchanted forest.
And the dining area and garden were flowers, flowers everywhere as far as the eye can see.
Of course, with just a dollop of crystal. Just a little.
And some giant blown-up photos of the bride and groom in case you forgot whose wedding you were attending.
The cake was basically the ever-growing Christmas tree in The Nutcracker.
And the guests, which included presidents and famous Russian pop stars, certainly dressed to impress as well.
It'll be tough to top this one, but someone will certainly try!
