Lopez—who is styled by Mariel Haenn and Hannah Margeson—shared photos of her Ralph Lauren outfit on Instagram with the caption, "Tea time & tennis." The Office Romance star appeared to be wearing a Ralph Lauren Buckle-Trim Georgette Sleeveless Dress, which is sadly unavailable to shop.

It didn't take Lopez long to steal the show once in the French capital. Even before she found her seat in Greek designer Celia Kritharioti's front row, everyone was straining to catch a glimpse of the actress in the sheer dress—and for good reason.

Designed by Kritharioti, the gown featured a plunging neckline, almost-invisible tulle, and a sheer skirt. Whimsical crystals shaped like stars, flowers, and butterflies gave the spaghetti-strap bodice just enough coverage. (They became more sporadic as the skirt dropped down to her platform sandals.)

In addition to providing pops of color and doubling as jewelry, the closely clustered adornments on the bodice shielded the lace slip mini that Lopez had underneath.

J.Lo has been testing different textures all summer long, including glossy leather, stretchy spandex, gravity-defying feathers, and fluid silk organza. She rarely ran the risk of overheating, though, until velvet joined the mix. So, she picked the perfect time to reimagine the winter staple for summer: After the sun set in Paris.

Silky smooth velvet stretched from her skirt's high-rise, fitted waistband to its slightly flared hemline. Normally, such a dense fabric wouldn't be anywhere near Lopez's summer wardrobe rack, but the back's slit trapped a little less heat. Plus, the maxi's other half returned it to legitimate sundress territory.

Luckily for J.Lo, only 70 percent of the maxi dress was crafted from bold black velvet. Short cap sleeves and a plunge scoop neckline offset the skirt's full-coverage silhouette. As Lopez continues her residency at Caesar's Palace, her longtime manicurist, Tom Bachik, has been keeping fans updated on the star's nightly manicures. Since the show began in January, a handful of her looks have been on the more neutral side (like the "monochromatic French" manicure she wore last month, and the blush pink jelly manicure she started off the year with), but this week, she turned up the heat a little bit with a gorgeous cat eye French manicure. The design featured a peachy nude base color with silver tips that were given a metallic cat eye finish and were lined with tiny silver pearls. Each hand also featured an accent nail that was painted nude and included rhinestones lined up across the nail.

Cat eye manicures typically feature magnetic nail polish that's painted onto the nails before a magnet (yes, you'll need one of those) is used to bring the shimmery particles in the polish to the surface and create an effect that mimics the way a cat's eye looks. These are similar to chrome nails, only chrome nails are more metallic and mirror-like, while cat eye nails have a more mesmerizing 3D look. They've become extremely popular within the last year, and while you can add a cat eye effect to virtually any design, it's a great way to elevate a single-color manicure without going too far out of the box.

Last month, Jennifer Lopez and her Hermès collection hit the ground running: She carried four different, croc-embossed bags in less than a week, each with five-figure price tags. Its only defining element was Jacquemus's all-caps emblem at the bottom left, which decorates every handbag in the Bambino family.

The sold-out Bambinou joined Lopez's closet back in June 2024, with the sole purpose of accessorizing white outfits. (Her St. Agni suit set still influences my summer style, almost two years later.) It's by far her biggest Jacquemus bag, beating out the cartoonishly-tiny Le Chiquito from the summer of 2023.

The Le Chiquito is the Bambinou's littlest sister, despite offering the same top-handle and crossbody straps as its sibling. At just 4.7" x 3.5", it's no wonder the $790 clutch journeyed with Lopez to Paris, L.A., London, the Hamptons, and beyond. It doesn't carry more than a single credit card, but that worked for the singer's multi-store shopping trips.

The singer's longtime manicurist, Tom Bachik, shared a few behind-the-scenes photos of the look to his Instagram story, and judging by the description in his grid post that followed, the monochromatic French look is essentially just a French manicure that swaps out the traditional white tips and instead uses two shades of the same color for both the base and the tips. Lopez's manicure, for example, was created by layering a peachy nude shade from Aprés called "How You Dune?" on top of a sheer nude color called "Dear Diary" that he used as the base coat.

Before then, I blissfully followed the "no white after Labor Day" rule, but the supermodel's Frame pair proved the right accessories can winterize them with ease. A black leather jacket and matching boots bookended the jeans in cool-girl charm; a set I copied right away on Jan. 2.

Hadid's not the only A-lister breaking the white jeans rules. Last November, Sienna Miller styled an almost-identical pair of white jeans with black shoes. RiRi's jeans on Jan. 19 combined the baggy waistband of wide-legs with slightly slimmer legs, giving her Alaïa tiger-print pumps a proper close-up. (Usually, her choice of footwear remains hidden beneath a never-ending hem.)

A day later, Kendall Jenner popped up in the Khaite equivalent of her Celine jeans, featuring equally-slim legs on a slightly darker wash. By Feb. 1, Margot Robbie got the memo and found jeans that fit the bill, courtesy of Chanel's Métiers d'Art Spring 2026 line.

Named "a slim-but-not-totally-skinny Goldilocks style," by Marie Claire's fashion features editor, Emma Childs, the cigarette jeans trend already has celebrities addicted. Bieber's jeans started to slim around her November birthday, but none were quite as cigarette-like as her Levi's on February 3. Knowing the model, her switch was inspired by Spring 2026 styles from Dior, Balenciaga, Khaite, and more, which debuted during her Gap jeans' reign last September.

I expected to see Victorian-era corsets, rich red gowns, and archival pulls during the Wuthering Heights press tour, but jeans? Stylist Andrew Mukamal's curveball paid off on Feb. 4. Dilara Findikoglou's Rushing Hour Jeans ditched Robbie's signature high-rise waistband for something much more risqué: flared, super-low legs decorated in leather buckles.

Olivia Rodrigo hasn't been gatekeeping her beloved Frye Boots, per say. She just styles her signature knee-highs sparingly—ensuring they don't go too viral among Gen Z shoppers yet again. No, we’re not back in the ‘90s, but it sure feels like it. She started off the night wearing an archival Jean Louis Scherrer naked dress with a mermaid silhouette and crystal-encrusted lace embroidery that she paired with a simple French twist updo. But by the time the three-hour awards ceremony wrapped, it was time for the actress to let her hair down—literally. For the official after party, she switched things up by stepping out wearing a strapless, bedazzled gown with loose tinsel and platform heels, and instead of keeping her hair in the bun, Lopez wore a bouncy blowout with loose curls.

For both occasions, Lopez's hair was styled by Chris Appleton. The hair during last night's ceremony ran the gamut from messy buns and updos to Old Hollywood curls, but there were plenty of stunning blowouts in the crowd as well. Alison Brie hit the carpet wearing a long, '70s-style blowout with blunt bangs, while Jennifer Garner styled her lob in high-volume curls.

Tessa Thompson

Karla Welch styled Tessa Thompson in Balenciaga for both the Golden Globes ceremony and after parties. She changed into a leather little black dress with a curved feather hem (inspired by Pierpaolo Piccioli's debut collection) for the latter.

Elle and Dakota Fanning

Elle and Dakota Fanning walked the Golden Globes red carpet separately, but they were side by side on the after-party scene. Teyana Taylor

Teyana Taylor was all smiles after winning her first Golden Globe for Best Supporting Female Actor in a Motion Picture. Her custom Schiaparelli gown—in all its exposed thong glory—peeked out from beneath a graffiti-inspired coat from Satoshi Nakamoto. Her bright red slippers looked spray-painted, too.

Emma Stone

Emma Stone has never been one to conduct a sartorial one-eighty between award show pit stops. This year, the Oscar winner (and stylist Petra Flannery) kept her fringe butter yellow skirt from the Golden Globes red carpet in rotation, swapping her crop top for a fuzzy white cardigan. Louis Vuitton's Pochette Métis Bag secured Stone's essentials.

Charli xcx held down the fort at the Chateau Marmont in a pair of pinstriped trousers and a sheer button-down. The ribbed, ruffle-trimmed long-sleeved blouse revealed a nude bra underneath, which felt surprisingly laid-back for the statement lingerie supporter.

Brittany Snow

Elongated fringe below her embroidered bust added dimension and movement to the already shimmery slip. Each strand mimicked the flow of diamond raindrops during Lopez's grand exit. The floor-grazing skirt turned slightly transparent, before rose gold gemstones intensified along the hem.

The sparkle didn't stop with Lopez's couture. After going necklace-less at the Golden Globes, she frosted her décolletage with a pink, choker-style statement piece, featuring pear-shaped pendants. The classic Lopez color story continued with a bedazzled clutch, but her sky-high platform heels appeared more beige.

On the catwalk, however, none of the aforementioned accessories made the cut. Nude sandals served as the model's only add-on, so as not to distract from the dress's intricate details.

Lopez's Tamara Ralph select marked a surprisingly modest shift for the naked dress enthusiast. At the official award ceremony, her vintage Jean-Louis Sherrer find made headlines for its illusion tulle base, beneath strategically-placed brown lace.

Believe it or not, the tulle trumpet silhouette debuted in a 23-year-old couture collection, alongside a swarm of naked styles. Even so, fans agreed it looked custom-made for the Maid In Manhattan star.

If you learned anything from her Las Vegas residency earlier this month, it's that Lopez will never turn down an outfit change. Even if she has to switch looks in her SUV, the A-lister will do it (with ease) in the name of Fashion.

After surveying the after-party attire, Lopez clearly deserves an honorary Globe for the sparkliest second dress. Everyone from Teyana Taylor and Emma Stone to Zoë Kravitz and Priyanka Chopra opted out of rhinestones completely, but perhaps they're saving their shimmer for future award season affairs.
