It's only been two months since Zendaya's The Drama press tour wrapped, but I missed her takes on 2026 runway trends. Luckily for me, she returned to the red carpet on June 15 in Madrid, ready to method dress for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The fringe trend and Tom Holland were her plus-ones.

I didn't expect to wake up to a brand-new Zendaya number this morning. The third installment of Marvel's new Spider-Man universe doesn't hit theaters until July 31. Since she'll be promoting The Odyssey at the same time, she had to get a head start on step-and-repeats.

Stylist Law Roach (the image architect behind each of her Spider-Man press tour wardrobes) cherry-picked a strapless little black dress from Christian Cowan's Fall 2026 fashion show. Floral lace stretched from the midi's sweetheart neckline, past its corseted waist, and across her hips asymmetrically. Then, a satin, hip-to-thigh sash gave way to the dress's spider-y skirt trend.

Elongated, calf-sweeping fringe added texture to an otherwise classic LBD. It mirrored the same diagonal, high-low silhouette as the waistline's bow-tied hem, but make it semi-sheer. The spaghetti-slim strands swished like a spiderweb on a windy day when Zendaya walked.

That said, it seems the A-lister is reviving her method dressing ways slowly but surely. She did the same for the sequel, Spider-Man: Far From Home, beginning with subtle cobweb earrings before they covered her entire Valentino gown.

Even her accessories felt decidedly method, especially $19,510 diamond and sapphire earrings from Stefere. Each gemstone dangled in contrasting lengths, much like her dress's fringe.

To finish, the Euphoria actor reunited with her signature Christian Louboutin So Kate Pumps, a recognizable Rolex watch, and her Jessica McCormack wedding band. That's right, she's saving her engagement ring's five-carat, east-west sparkler for another red carpet premiere.

While Zendaya and Tom Holland's wedding photos remain under lock and key, they made up for lost couple looks at the Spider-Man: Brand New Day premiere. Holland matched his wife's energy in a black suit, stacked over a matching tie and a Spider-Man red button-down.

The Monday afternoon affair marked Zendaya and Holland's first red carpet together as a married couple. They also haven't walked one together since the final Spider-Man: No Way Home screening in 2021. With The Odyssey press tour also in the queue, expect more Tomdaya moments this summer than you've seen all decade.

While a Zendaya and Holland sighting might be rare, the fringe trend certainly isn't. Tassels like Zendaya's swooshed down Chanel, Loewe, Alaïa, McQueen, Balenciaga, Elie Saab, and Balmain's Spring 2026 runways. It wasn't long before Anya Taylor-Joy, Jennifer Lopez, Dakota Johnson, Sabrina Carpenter, and more traded full-coverage outfits for revealing fringe. One thing is clear: the trend is a fun and flirty way to add movement to seemingly straightforward styles.

Earlier this month, stylist Law Roach suggested that Zendaya and Tom Holland had already tied the knot in secret. Zendaya is currently promoting her new A24 movie, The Drama, alongside Robert Pattinson, but she's yet to confirm or deny her rumored marital status. However, during a trip to Rome, Italy on March 27, the actress gave the sweetest nod to her alleged spouse.

The Euphoria star was photographed arriving at a jewelry store in Rome wearing cuffed jeans and The Row's Gavina Shirt in Light Sky Blue. For footwear, Zendaya opted for a pair of The Row's Canal Loafers, which retail for $990 and are available to shop in Black or Milk shades.

Notably, as well as wearing The Row during her current press tour, Zendaya's character in The Drama also reps Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's brand.

The cutest element of Zendaya's outfit—by far—was her baseball cap, which was emblazoned with the name of Holland's non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero. Clearly, Zendaya is a big fan of her fiancé's ventures.

The actress was also photographed wearing a $1,250 Jessica McCormack Round Wire Fine Gold Band on her ring finger, along with a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Watch. According to @young.brando, Zendaya's Rolex is a vintage model.

While Zendaya and Holland's marital status remains unclear, the Spider-Man: No Way Home stars appear to be constantly supportive of one another.

Shop Outfits Inspired by Zendaya

The perks of married life are endless, but for Zendaya, having access to husband Tom Holland's street style is likely at the top of her list. Sharing the same affinity for minimalism came in handy on March 24: Zendaya's latest "borrowed from the boys" button-down shirt outfit could've been sourced from either end of the couple's his-and-hers closet.

Zendaya didn't prep for tonight's Paris premiere of The Drama cooped up in her five-star hotel room. Instead, she hit the Rue du Louvre with her husband. Contrary to last weekend's date night looks, they coordinated in classic men's silhouettes. Z, for one, buttoned a fitted, baby blue button-down shirt over a cropped, white baby tee. Even the actor's black, straight-leg trousers got the menswear memo.

The Row's Canal Loafers—the same $990 slides she wore to debut her wedding band—looked less like slippers alongside chunky black socks. I'm sure Holland has worn a similar loafers-and-socks set once or twice. This time, however, a burgundy crewneck, brown trousers, and white Reebok Club C 85 sneakers let his wife's boyish button-down shine.

This year, crispy button-down shirts à la Zendaya are re-introducing themselves as a sleek shirt trend for It guys and girls. Everyone from Nicole Kidman to Zoë Kravitz has worn the day-to-night essential with anything—jeans, trousers, the peekaboo boxer trend, you name it. The Oxford's takeover began as early as January, when Jessie Buckley strolled into Jimmy Kimmel Live! in Chanel's shirt collaboration with French brand Charvet. A few weeks later, Sydney Sweeney dressed down a baby blue variation with exposed Syrn underwear and low-rise jeans.

By March, a stark white button-down shirt returned to Jennifer Lopez's closet, harkening back to her rom-com days. She livened hers up with a cargo-inspired maxi skirt and a croc-embossed Hermès Birkin bag, of course.

Zoë Kravitz even caught wind of its revival in New York City. Hers looked just as tailored as Zendaya's, especially beneath a khaki trench coat, black jeans, and a Saint Laurent laptop bag.

Thanks to Zendaya, "borrowed from the boys" button-down shirts have now hit France's shores, too. (She also fit a custom Louis Vuitton gown in her luggage, which debuted alongside siren eyes makeup at tonight's The Drama premiere.) She certainly reminded French girls—and well-dressed women everywhere—of the style's unending potential, no matter whose closet it's coming from.

Shop Button-Down Shirts Inspired by Zendaya

Much like their relationship (and newly-minted marriage), Zendaya and Tom Holland's sleek couple style is reserved for their eyes only. The power couple hasn't gone public with their date night looks since October 2024. But this weekend, Zendaya and Holland slipped on their respective It shoes—slingback, minimalist flats and Adidas sneakers—and rejoined L.A.'s street style scene.

Days before Zendaya shifted into full The Drama press tour mode, the newlyweds enjoyed a fashion-forward dinner with friends. The dress code? Coordinating black-and-white spring sets, starting with Z in a boat-neck long-sleeve. At first glance, her bridal white, ultra-wide leg trousers seemed to be a side-slitted maxi skirt. Each lightweight leg was so billowy, it almost hid Zendaya's slingback flats from view.

Creating a half-ballet flat, half-sandal silhouette, the black patent pair included T-strap toe boxes and spaghetti-slim, slingback straps securing each heel. The flats marked a minimalist, '90s shift from her Dansko clogs-and-socks combination seen before her March 20 date. The Challengers actor's Loewe Flamenco Bag—her signature style since tying the knot—ended her color story on a four-figure note.

Meanwhile, Holland dressed down ever-so-slightly in a striped, black-and-white T-shirt and dark blue chino pants. Then, he laced up the fashion guy equivalent to Z's timeless flats: Adidas sneakers. White stitching against the navy trainers' suede uppers suggested they're Spezials from Adidas's Feb. 2025 collaboration with Sporty & Rich. The $130 slim sneakers featured the same neutral gumsoles and striped sidewall trios as Sambas on Zendaya's shoe rack. The navy-and-white color combination makes them trickier to track down, though.

Zendaya and Holland aren't as active a fashion couple as say, Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz. But on the off chance they do step out, trust they'll wear coordinating colors. Two Mays ago, the A-listers were seen after Holland's performance of Romeo and Juliet in matching, all-black attire. Zendaya held down the method dressing fort in a Shakesperean Vivienne Westwood Spring 2023 gown, while Holland paired a classic Prada T-shirt with high-rise trousers.

Six months later, Zendaya and Holland traded black for burgundy during an unexpected New York City date night. Holland led the way in a merlot-colored tee and black pants, but Zendaya's custom Louis Vuitton dress stole the show. Every element—including the triangular bust, monochrome belt, and column skirt—was crafted from silky-smooth leather.

Shop Coordinating Couple Styles Inspired by Zendaya and Tom Holland

Photos of Zendaya's wedding dress remain under lock and key after news of her nuptials hit the 2026 Actor Awards red carpet. But that doesn't mean you'll never see her in white. March 10's Louis Vuitton runway show revived her bridal era at Paris Fashion Week instead: Zendaya arrived in a white, bubble-hem skirt set, which looked fresh from a courthouse wedding.

It's been a minute since Zendaya's face card resurfaced in the press: seven months, to be exact, when she attended Louis Vuitton's Spring 2026 show last September. It's no wonder the maison's Fall 2026 collection (and monogram bags) brought her out of street style retirement, though.

Zendaya returned to Cour Carrée du Louvre in Paris in a circa-Spring 2026 two-piece, which just so happened to be all-white. (Stylist Law Roach knew what he was doing.) Just like on the runway, her front-row 'fit began with a fitted button-down. An elongated, extra-pointy collar, plus matching cuffs added visual interest to the workwear staple.

Then, a thick black belt with silver hardware concealed the waistband of The Drama actor's stark white skirt. (On creative director Nicolas Ghesquière's Spring 2026 runway, a striped scarf doubled as a belt.) It appeared to be crafted from the same structured cotton as her top. What started as a thigh-grazing bubble skirt—a Spring 2025 trend only Zendaya could bring back for round two—cascaded into a high-low hem.

Pleated, petal-like strands added additional movement to the skirt's back. Without her signature So Kate stilettos from Christian Louboutin, the dress might've dragged on the Louvre's pavement. Thankfully, the familiar five-inch pumps were present and accounted for.

Zendaya's last Louis Vuitton show marked her engagement ring's Paris Fashion Week debut. Today, however, the five-carat sparkler from Jessica McCormack was noticeably missing. The button-back, east-west diamond traded places with two gemstone-less bands.

First, Zendaya slipped on the classic gold wedding band first seen with her minimalist outfit on Feb. 18. Zendaya layered Cartier's $4,200 Clash de Cartier Ring on top, instead of the estimated $120,000 trendsetter. It's unclear if the newlywed showcased her official wedding ring stack, or if she's flaunting her Cartier brand ambassador status. If the studded ring attends Zendaya's first The Drama premiere, then we'll know for sure.

Cartier's same modular studs returned atop $5,550 hoop earrings and a matching $12,300 bracelet. To complement the mixed-metal nature of her ring stack, Zendaya styled Cartier's Love Unlimited Bracelet—the $9,400 bangle she wore for a The Drama photoshoot last week—in 18k yellow gold. Unlike the silver hoops, ring, and bracelet, her Love band is sold out online.

Zendaya's longtime fans know she doesn't attend Fashion Month for just any runway show. Louis Vuitton is the only atelier that can count on her RSVP for the front row. She's been a face of the house for several years, fronting campaigns for its rare collaborations, and wearing bespoke Louis Vuitton gowns to awards shows and movie premieres.

Given Zendaya's allegiance, there's a chance Ghesquière was the brain behind her wedding gown. Louis Vuitton might never confirm or deny its involvement in Zendaya and Tom Holland's special day, however. They're one of Hollywood's most private couples. "It will probably be a wedding dress that nobody will ever see," Roach told Complex last May. "They [just] try to be as private as possible so there won't be a Vogue spread; there won't be pictures of the wedding."

Still, Zendaya wearing white to the Louis Vuitton fashion show filled the wedding dress-shaped hole in my heart. What about yours?

Stylist Law Roach held down the fashion fort for his star client, Zendaya, at the 2026 SAG-turned-Actor Awards on March 1. Not being nominated would've been reason enough for Zendaya to skip the 32nd annual red carpet. However, her explanation by proxy was much more headline-making: She's already married to longtime boyfriend Tom Holland.

Minutes before the red carpet closed, Law Roach blessed Access Hollywood with a mic-drop interview: “The wedding has already happened,” he proclaimed with a sing-songy tone. "You missed it.” The interviewer thankfully asked, "Is that true?" to which Roach replied, "Very true." He tip-toed away from the microphone with that post-Zendaya wedding glow, dressed in a classic black-and-white suit.

Zendaya and Holland have been one of Hollywood's most low-profile couples for their six-year-long relationship—they haven't walked a red carpet together since December 2021. So it's no surprise fans didn't receive a "Save the Date" before they said "I do." Plus, Roach warned us last May that wedding photos will be hard to come by.

"It will probably be a wedding dress that nobody will ever see," he told Complex. "They [just] try to be as private as possible so there won't be a Vogue spread; there won't be pictures of the wedding."

By July, Roach doubled down on his claims to E! News, saying Zendaya will be "a secret bride." Good on Zendaya and Holland for inviting guests "respectful of their privacy," just as Roach predicted to Complex. Not a single bouquet, boutonnière, Christian Louboutin "So Kate," or slice of cake surfaced on Instagram. Neither did any glimpses at her wedding dress.

Roach left his Associated Press interview before he could tease Zendaya's wedding dress. Next month's The Drama might be the first and last time we see Zendaya, aka Emma Harwood, in a white dress. Even so, Marie Claire suspects her character's fit-and-flare Jenny Yoo gown doesn't seem too out of character for the actor. Its scoop neckline, plunging back, and A-line skirt complemented Zendaya's off-duty affinity for minimalism. Knowing her, she could've sourced Louis Vuitton, Alaïa, Loewe, Armani Privé, or Maison Margiela—her go-to red carpet ateliers—to craft the secretive style.

Law Roach's news came two weeks after Zendaya was photographed not wearing her east-west Jessica McCormack engagement ring, but a low-profile band instead. On Feb. 18, she styled an ivory Valentino Spring 2021 jacket, black The Row Canal Loafers, Loewe's Flamenco Bag, and a never-before-seen wedding band.

It was yellow gold, just like the button-back engagement ring the Challengers actor debuted at the 2025 Golden Globes. The main difference? Zendaya's five-carat, Old Mine-cut diamond—the same silhouette as Taylor Swift's sparkler—was surprisingly MIA. At the time, zero reports clarified if Zendaya indeed tied the knot, or if she just didn't want to lose the $120,000 Jessica McCormack creation in L.A. Now, it seems the former is more likely. Roach wouldn't joke about something this serious and special—he is a Cancer after all.

Zendaya and Holland have yet to comment on Roach's announcement—they might never prove him right or wrong. "Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible," Holland told The Hollywood Reporter in Jan. 2024. But if she arrives at the April 3 premiere of The Drama with her wedding band and engagement ring in tow, count that as a first-person confirmation: Zendaya is officially a wife.

'Digger'

The hype for this franchise blockbuster is real: Fans have been very vocal about how pleased they are with the casting—including A-listers like Elle Fanning, Jesse Plemons, and Kieran Culkin as younger versions of key characters Effie Trinket, Plutarch Heavensbee, and Caesar Flickerman, respectively. 'The Adventures of Cliff Booth'

Why it’s worth seeing: Brad Pitt won an Oscar for playing ‘70s stuntman Cliff Booth in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Revisiting the character and New Hollywood onscreen would be exciting enough. This time around, though, The Adventures of Cliff Booth will be directed by David Fincher, with a script from Tarantino, setting the stage for an action-packed collaboration between two of the most acclaimed directors working today.

Sightings of Zendaya and fiancé Tom Holland are pretty rare, which makes their joint attendance at a gala low-key exciting. Plus, the Euphoria star used the opportunity to showcase the ideal LBD for the cooler weather September has brought to London.

On Saturday, Sept. 20, Zendaya joined her Spider-Man: No Way Home co-star at The Brother's Trust Gala for "The Tom Holland Posh Pub Quiz." The Brother's Trust is a charitable foundation started by Holland's parents, Dominic and Nikki Holland, with the aim of helping "charities who struggle to be heard in the noisy not-for-profit sector" with the help of "Tom's reach and popularity."

In photos shared by Java Joy founder Laura Hope Whitaker, Zendaya could be seen wearing a little black dress featuring long sleeves and a structural cape extending from the collar. The sleek mini dress is taken from the 2022 Valentino Pink PP Collection, and was styled with pants on the runway.

The actress accessorized her outfit with sheer tights, black pointed-toe heels, and a Bulgari Tubogas Bracelet, which retails for $9,100.

Whitaker captioned her Instagram post, "We showed up in our best—with joy—and it carried through the night." She continued, "We hugged, we chatted, we sang [and] we tried (and lost) the pub quiz. But we got autographed spoons so I think we really won!" Referencing the famous couple, Whitaker wrote, "We chatted with Tom, his family and met Zendaya."

While Zendaya and Holland have managed to keep their relationship relatively private, they occasionally discuss their sweet romance in interviews. For instance, during an appearance on U.K. podcast Dish in late 2024, Holland called Zendaya "the best thing that's ever happened to me."

On working with his future wife, Holland shared, "It's just that perfect thing when you're on set and a director will give you a note that maybe you don't agree with, or I know that she doesn't particularly like, and it's just that, like, familiar glance at each other of like, can't wait to talk about that later."

Zendaya and Tom Holland are engaged. We know this. It's great! Love! Happiness! On-screen love interests coming together as off-screen love interests! What we don't know is when the wedding will be, or what Zendaya's dress will look like, or whether Holland will give a surprise performance of his Rihanna "Umbrella" dance at the reception. These are all questions that fans hope to get answers to someday, but, unfortunately, that day may never come.

Not because Zendaya and Holland might not make it down the aisle. Don't worry about that! It's because, according to Zendaya's stylist Law Roach, her wedding is likely to be very private. We probably won't even see the wedding dress levels of private.

As reported by BuzzFeed, Roach spoke about Zendaya's wedding plans during an interview with Complex. Roach was asked if he is thinking about the Challengers star's gown yet.

"No" he said. "Zendaya is working on six movies; she has like six movies coming out. I’m thinking about the press tours!"

Yeah, Zendaya really does have a lot coming up. She and Holland will both star in The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day, both of which will premiere in July 2026. Zendaya is also working on the films Dune: Messiah and The Drama—neither of which have confirmed premiere dates yet—and she has a voice role in Shrek 5, which will hit theaters in December 2026. On top of that, there's Euphoria season 3, scheduled to premiere in 2026. Additionally, Holland will be in the movie Avengers: Doomsday, premiering in—you guessed it—2026. (May 1, to be exact.)

Okay, but fans will get to see Zendaya's dress after that, right? In, like, 2027? According to Roach, no matter when the wedding takes place, fans will probably not see the dress at all.

"It will probably be a wedding dress that no one will ever see, to be quite honest, because she and Tom are super private about their relationship," Roach said. "They try to be as private as possible, so like, there won’t be a Vogue spread, or there won’t be, you know, pictures of the wedding."

Don't expect leaked photos, either.

"The people that she will invite will be really respectful of their privacy,” he continued. “So it’ll be a really beautiful dress that no one gets to see.”

Well, it definitely makes sense to want to keep your wedding private, and it's not that surprising given how quiet these two keep about their relationship. But, for anyone who loves the fashion moments that Roach and Zendaya create, it's still a little disappointing.

That said, with all of those movies coming out, Zendaya will be at plenty of events and premieres. In a previous interview with E! News in which Roach was asked about the wedding, he said that it was "far away." But, he noted that some red carpets are coming up.

"They’re both doing a bunch of movies this year, and there’s a lot of premieres next year, so you’ll see a lot of red carpets," Roach said. "I’m resting up for 2026."

Zendaya may not be opening up about her engagement or wedding yet, but her stylist is. The actor's longtime stylist, Law Roach, was asked about Zendaya and fiancé Tom Holland's upcoming nuptials, and he shared some gossip about when we can expect the couple to tie the knot and how he'll be involved. But sorry to anyone looking to see Zendaya and Holland wedding pics soon, it'll be a while.

On the red carpet at the Fashion Trust Awards on April 8, E! News asked Roach if he will be involved with styling Zendaya for her wedding. "Of course, of course," the 46-year-old said. Roach and Zendaya have been working together since 2011 and have created some stunning red carpet looks together, so it's no surprise that he would also be part of the Challengers star's wedding day.

As for when that wedding will be, Roach didn't give an exact day—or even year—but it sounds like it could be quite some time because of how busy Zendaya and Holland are currently.

"It’s far away," Roach told E!. "They’re both doing a bunch of movies this year, and there’s a lot of premieres next year, so you’ll see a lot of red carpets. I’m resting up for 2026."

He added, "But the wedding, you know…" The reporter responded, "We’ve got some time," to which Roach confirmed, "Yeah."

On the schedule for Holland and Zendaya are two movies they're making together: The Odyssey is filming now and is set to hit theaters July 17, 2026; Spider-Man: Brand New Day will film this summer and is scheduled to be released July 31, 2026. On top of that, Zendaya will also appear in Dune: Messiah and The Drama—neither of which have confirmed premiere dates, but may also be released in 2026—and she has a voice role in Shrek 5, which will be released December 23, 2026. And then there's the long-awaited Euphoria season 3, also set for 2026.

Meanwhile, in addition to The Odyssey and the fourth Spider-Man movie, Holland will appear as Spider-Man in Avengers: Doomsday, which is scheduled for a May 1, 2026 release.

So, yeah, Law is right. They have a lot going on.

Zendaya and Holland's engagement was revealed when the Dune star showed up to the Golden Globes in January wearing an engagement ring. Holland's father, Dominic Holland, then shared some information about his son's proposal planning in a Patreon post.

"Tom, as you know by now, was very incredibly well prepared," Dominic wrote. "He had purchased a ring. He had spoken with her father and gained permission to propose to his daughter. Tom had everything planned out… When, where, how, what to say, what to wear."

While Holland and Zendaya are clearly very busy now, Holland has shared that he plans to put his career on hold once he moves on to a new chapter in his life.

"When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore," he told Men's Health in January. What will he do? "Golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth." Sometime after 2026, obviously.

Just when it was starting to seem like Zendaya and Tom Holland had literally zero problems in any aspect of their lives, one of the Euphoria star's relatives is here to remind us that everyone has some behind-the-scenes drama—especially when it comes to family.

The unexpected family tea comes courtesy of Zendaya's 51-year-old half-sister, Latonja Coleman. Although the women share the same father, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, they didn't grow up spending much time together, thanks to their roughly 23-year age gap—and their father's less-than-close relationship with Latonja's mother (he went on to have five more kids—Katianna, Annabella, Kaylee, Austin and Julien—with his second partner before his relationship with Zendaya's mom Claire Stoermer).

In a new interview with The Sun, Coleman opened up about the complicated family dynamic—and revealed that she wishes she were closer to her famous younger sibling.

To be clear, Coleman doesn't claim to be estranged from Zendaya—it's more that she feels like any messages she tries to get to her half-sister don't seem to be delivered. In her interview with The Sun, Coleman, who lives in Roseville, California, revealed that she's only seen Zendaya in-person twice in the last seven years. The two shared what Coleman describes as a very brief moment at their grandmother's funeral in January, and before that, the 51-year-old says she hadn't seen Zendaya since Thanksgiving 2018.

“I saw Zendaya at my grandmother’s funeral last month," she said, before admitted that their awkward interaction made her feel more like a fan than family. "When I tried to talk to her, she just gave me a one-arm hug. It felt like I was just a fan."

Coleman went on to reveal that she previously battled cancer and that, although she tried to get in touch with Zendaya after she was diagnosed, other family members "slammed the door on me."

“It feels like I’m the black sheep of the family. They’ve pushed me out," she said, attributing her outsider status largely to her strained relationship with her father and pointing out that other members of the extended family are much closer.

“Zendaya is very active with my other sister and brother’s kids, but my grandkids don’t even know her. They think she’s just from the Disney Channel," Coleman said. "I don’t even tell people anymore that she’s my sister. I’m ashamed of my dad and how he raised us."

Coleman also stressed that she doesn't blame Zendaya for the strained situation and that she wishes they were closer.

“I don’t want her money. I just want to be in her life, to show her that I love her and support her," Coleman said. "Whatever I can contribute to her life, I would love to do it.”

As much as she hopes for a chance to support Zendaya and contribute to her life, Coleman told The Sun that she doesn't expect the opportunity to do so when her half-sister ties the knot with Holland—something that's especially sad because she met the actor at that Thanksgiving celebration in 2018, where he thoroughly charmed the entire Coleman family, it seems.

“They've been together for quite some time and I actually met him on Thanksgiving of 2018. He's really, really cool," Coleman said of her meeting with Holland. “He's down-to-earth and my family likes him. They just look like an odd couple because he's so short and she's so tall—but other than that, I think he’s the one for her.”

After four years of dating (and rumors of romantic links between them dating back close to a decade), Tom Holland and Zendaya are officially engaged. Although pretty much every source close to the Spider-Man co-stars has said that Holland fell fast and hard for Zendaya, his family apparently took a little longer to win over—or, at least, his dad did anyway.

In a Patreon post published on Jan. 10, Dominic Holland confirmed the happy news and shared a few details about the couple's engagement. Even though it was clear how happy he is for his son and future daughter-in-law now, he admitted in the post that he had (and maybe sometimes still has) some anxiety about his son dating Zendaya.

Dominic's worries didn't have anything to do with Zendaya personally—he would have worried about Tom dating anyone famous because of the increased scrutiny and pressure that tends to follow when two famous people start dating.

“I do fret that their combined stardom will amplify their spotlight and the commensurate demands on them,” he wrote in the post (per E! Online, before revealing that Zendaya has proven his worries unnecessary and that she and Tom “continually confound me by handling everything with aplomb.”

Dominic also gave some of the credit for Tom's successful relationship on the other important woman in his life, his mom, Nikki Holland, who Dominic says has set a great example as the leader of the Holland family (he described his own role in the family dynamic as providing "wisdom"—quotes included).

“Even though show-business is a messy place for relationships and particularly so for famous couples as they crash and burn in public and are too numerous to mention, with us an example, with Nikki helming this family and my ‘wisdom’ on tap and a study in getting things mostly wrong and yet somehow right at the same time,” he wrote.

As for what that all adds up to, Dominic made sure it was clear: He knows Tom and Zendaya's marriage is going to be a happy one.

“I am completely confident they will make a successful union," he added.

Same, honestly (although Dominic admittedly knows them a *little* better).

They may not have been engaged that long, but Tom Holland and Zendaya have already had some big talks about building their life together—and growing their family.

A source told Us Weekly that the actors are "on the same page" when it comes to kids—and it sounds like that page is the one with "YES, PLEASE" written at the top in all-caps.

“Tom really wants to have a family, and [he] and Zendaya are on the same page about having kids and wanting to start a family together,” the source said.

Not only are Holland and Zendaya, who have been going strong since 2021 (although they were linked romantically as far back as 2017), sure they want to have kids, but it sounds like they're sure they want them soon (or at very least soon-ish).

The source went on to add that “Tom is absolutely in love with [Zendaya]" and to hint that the couple may start a family in the near future.

“Tom is [a] very old-school English guy in the way that he wants to have a family and have kids relatively young," the source explained.

Of course, "relatively young" is a (presumably intentionally) vague and nebulous benchmark, but it seems safe to assume that Holland and Zendaya, both 28, are in agreement about what being "relatively young" parents means, too.

While the source made a point to say that Holland is “very focused on building a family and his career," the Spider-Man actor recently revealed that he plans to put his career on the back-burner once he becomes a parent.

“When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore," Holland told Men's Health. “Golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.”

As more evidence that the pair really are on the same page about having kids, Zendaya recently hinted at her desire to start a family during an interview with Entertainment Weekly while promoting Challengers, which marked a departure from playing primarily teenaged characters.

“I had been playing quite young. I say I’ve been playing a 16-year-old since I was 16," she quipped in the October 2024 interview.

"At some point you have to play characters that are your own age and have experiences that you don’t have—for example, having children or getting married," she added. "While those are all things I want and I’m looking forward to, they just haven’t happened quite yet.”

If Hollywood had an official Cutest Couple award, Tom Holland and Zendaya would probably take the title. The couple, who have been together since at least 2021 (although they were linked romantically as far back as 2017), are now officially engaged.

Tattoo artist Lily Jarnryd spoke to People about Zendaya and Holland's new ink. "They were lovely to meet and it was a lot of fun!" Jarnryd told the outlet.

Holland has been nothing but complimentary about Zendaya, recently describing her as "the best thing that ever happened to me." The pair were first linked after meeting on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016. After several years of rumors, Holland and Zendaya confirmed they were dating in 2021, and have been inseparable since then.

After more than two years of sobriety, Tom Holland is opening up about his decision to stop drinking.

While promoting his new line of non-alcoholic beers, Bero, in a new interview with Men's Health, the Spider-Man actor opened up about his own decision to ditch alcohol back in January 2022.

Initially, Holland had only planned to take a one-month break from drinking, but once he stopped, he saw what a big part of his life social drinking had become.

“Every Friday after work was a write-off: Let’s get drunk and have a good time. I didn’t have bad experiences, but I would drink enough so that I would ruin my next day,” he explained, apparently adding that the aftereffects of his weekend drinking were intense enough that he talked to his doctor about his liver health.

According to the Men's Health profile, Holland "found his first month of sobriety unsettlingly difficult," and shared that one particular night out with his brother made him decide to commit to a longer stretch of sobriety than he'd initially planned. Although Holland had driven himself and his brother for the poker night they were attending, he felt like he needed a drink to enjoy himself and found himself asking his brother if he would be willing to drive them home so that he could drink—a move that surprised his brother and served as something of a wakeup call for Holland.

“It was a bit of an eye-opening moment for me and for him,” he explained. “It’s really helpful when the people closest to you start going, ‘Are you sure?’”

After that, Holland added a second month to his personal sobriety pledge—and kept adding a month at a time until he reached the six-month mark, when he considered ending his sober streak at his 26th-birthday party, but realized that he wasn't actually interested in drinking again and decided to maintain sober living as a lifestyle.

“I’m quite strong-willed. When I decide to do something, I’m really gonna do it,” he said of his process for going sober. “I leaned on close ones a lot: family, friends, old colleagues, new colleagues, people that reached out that I didn’t know who also were sober.”

The actor recalled one moment when leaning on outside support was particularly helpful. It came early on in his sobriety and he was craving a drink after a difficult week when his lawyer visited him in his hotel with some sober wisdom that really clicked.

“He gave me a really poignant piece of advice that helped me get through everything, which was: You’ll never wake up the morning after a night out and wish you had a drink," Holland said. "That piece of advice really rang true to me, because my problem was that I would have one drink and be fine, and then I would just go too far.”

Looks like a big relationship step is on the horizon for Tom Holland and Zendaya—albeit, a year off on the horizon.

During a recent interview on the Dish podcast, the actor opened up about his holiday plans—both his plans for this year and some more longterm plans he and Zendaya have.

"I’m going to be in America this year,” he said of his plans for the 2024 holiday season “I’ll be with my girlfriend’s family, which is fun.”

The aforementioned "big relationship step" comes from what Holland had to say about his and Zendaya's plans for the 2025 holiday, when they'll apparently be bringing the Holland and Coleman families together. For many couples, having their families come together for holidays is a significant step, but according to the Spider-Man actor, its one he and Zendaya don't need another year to be ready for.

“I think what we’d like to start doing is, rather than like spending it with each family, each year is bring the families together,” Holland said. “That’s what I think we want to do next time. This time, since we’re both actors, we’re terrible at organizing things so it hasn’t happened yet.”

Holland also revealed during the podcast interview that he's been embracing his domestic side lately in the relationship while he's been spending time with Zendaya in Massachusetts, where she's currently filming The Drama with Robert Pattinson, according to E! Online.

“I’m starting to venture into a lot of vegetarian cooking,” he said. “My girlfriend’s vegetarian. So, I’ve been in Boston these past few weeks and she’s been working so I’ve been doing a lot of the dinners, and they haven’t been great.”

Always one to gush about his longtime girlfriend, Holland took a moment to praise Zendaya's culinary skills while he was on the topic of cooking.

“I actually love Zendaya’s spicy vodka fusilli thingamagigy,” he said of his personal favorite dish. “And it is delicious.”

During the same interview, Holland joked that "studios love it" when he and Zendaya are costars because they only have to pay for "one hotel room" if they're traveling together, before adding, "Oh God, yeah. It's a saving grace. Yeah, best thing that's ever happened to me."

Although Holland never seems shy about publicly singing Zendaya's praises, the actor has revealed, on a more serious note, that he actually guards the relationship closely.

There's no way to tell what they picked up on their walk through the fragrance department, but it's suddenly clear from pictures of the pair how to style one of fashion's most controversial boot trends: the Maison Margiela Tabi.

These cleft-toed shoes, available in flats, pumps, and ankle boots like Zendaya's, have been a niche fashion hit since they first debuted at Margiela in 1989. Martin Margiela wanted to bring the ergonomic benefits of the style from Japan, where it originated, to the Western luxury market—and did so with an instantly polarizing leather shoe defined by a big-toe slot. Dates with Tom Holland tend to bring out Zendaya's more casual side—though she finds ways to work experimental fashion into the mix. While she was filming the upcoming A24 flick The Drama in Boston earlier this month, Z and T would mostly take walks in Reformation sweaters, On sneakers (Zendaya is an ambassador), and classic puffer jackets. But days before that, the actress supported her boyfriend in a custom burgundy Louis Vuitton dress entirely crafted from leather. Holland matched her in a burgundy T-shirt. Tom Holland has (somewhat indirectly) called dating Zendaya "the best thing that's ever happened" to him, as if their relationship could somehow get cuter than it already was.

In a recent appearance on the U.K. podcast Dish, the Spider-Man actor opened up about what it's like for his girlfriend to sometimes be his coworker, too.

"Studios love it, one hotel room. Separate drivers. We're not crazy now. Listen it's work, alright?!" he said, adding, "Oh God, yeah. It's a saving grace. Yeah, best thing that's ever happened to me."

He also explained that the two of them have a special shared nonverbal language that really helps them out, too.

"It's just that perfect thing when you're on set and a director will give you a note that maybe you don't agree with, or I know that she doesn't particularly like, and it's just that, like, familiar glance at each other of like, can't wait to talk about that later," Holland said.

On the same podcast, the actor also shared insights into his Christmas plans this year. "I'm gonna be in America this year," he said. "I'll be with my girlfriend's family, which will be fun. Where we'll be is a secret."

Holland recalled his first Christmas away from home, which was not ideal.

"The first time I spent Christmas away from home was in America, and unfortunately not by choice," he said. "I'd made two movies back to back through COVID, did two press tours through COVID, and not got COVID once the entire time. And after the Spider-Man 3 premiere was the last day of work I had. I was supposed to fly home the next day for Christmas and I got COVID."

I am SO SORRY for what I'm about to do, but it has to be done: Holland couldn't go home... after wrapping a movie subtitled "No Way Home?" ...You can't make this up, I'm sorry.

Anyway, hopefully Z and Holland spend a much happier Christmas together this year, which shouldn't be hard given how obsessed they seem with each other.

Zendaya and Tom Holland are notoriously private about their relationship. But on Sunday, Nov. 24, the pair gave fans a rare glimpse inside their life together with an outing to the Boston-area bar Foxhole—one of the many places you can now sample Holland's non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero.

In a series of clips and snapshots shared to Instagram, Holland told followers he was "heading out to a bar to go and have [his] first Bero in the wild." Shortly thereafter, he posted a photo of Zendaya smiling and giving the drink a thumbs-up in an unexpectedly casual date-night ensemble.

Zendaya's look was more pared-back than Holland's. The Challengers star slipped into a long-sleeved red plaid shirt accessorized with a gold chain necklace and matching gold earrings. Her hair was pulled back into a low bun, and her face appeared to be largely makeup-free. Her nails, too, seemed completely free of polish, in keeping with the naked nail trend.

Holland, on the other hand, was dressed in a black T-shirt layered beneath a gray and white striped jacket. The SpiderMan actor paired the coat with what appeared to be light-wash jeans.

Zendaya's plaid top could be interpreted as a casual nod to the English country style trend, which draws inspiration from the rustic charm of the British Isles. The Fall/Winter 2024 trend even led to a profusion of plaid, tartan, and check-print designs at the likes of Chloé, Dior, Burberry, and Loewe. Zendaya and Tom Holland are, and have always been, each other's biggest fan.

In a conversation with Vanity Fair for the magazine's 2025 Hollywood Issue, the Challengers actress was asked if it's weird for her working on films together, and she basically answered, "lol, no."

"Not really," she said. "It’s actually strangely comfortable. It’s like second nature, if anything. You feel extra safe with the person you’re acting beside. I love working with him."

She further gushed, "He’s so talented, and so passionate about what he does. He always gives things one thousand percent, even if he’s absolutely worn down. I really appreciate that about him. It feels pretty normal. That’s how we met. Literally, at a chemistry read."

Zendaya and Holland are the stars of the Spider-Man franchise, which currently counts three movies plus an upcoming sequel slated for 2026.

In a July 2021 interview, the actress said of herself and her Spider-Man castmates, "It's pretty special to have grown up all together."

Taking a break from filming her new movie The Drama in Boston, the Euphoria star was spotted enjoying a quiet afternoon in a park alongside her boyfriend, Tom Holland, and their pup.

While the Spider-Man star was busy walking the famous couple's four-legged friend, Zendaya was seen sitting on a bench wearing a black-and-white, striped cardigan layered over a light pink top. She completed her autumnal look with a pair of black, wide-leg pants and On the Roger Centre Court white sneakers.

Her laid-back look is a continuation of Zendaya's recent fall ensembles, many of which have been captured while she's been enjoying some time-off with her beau.

During another afternoon with Holland as he walked their dog, Noon Coleman, around Boston, Zendaya cozied up in an affordable Reformation sweater, knit from regenerative gray wool. Her down-to-earth outfit also included olive-brown pants and what looked like Converse sneakers.

Zendaya was also spotted filming for her upcoming movie on Boston's historic Beacon Street alongside her co-star, Robert Pattinson, wearing a quintessential oversized fall coat.

In videos of the pair posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, Zendaya could be seen wearing a longline, heather gray coat with sleeves that grazed her knuckles. The only other visible elements of her outfit included a black leather tote slung over one shoulder and a curly, low bun.

As Marie Claire senior fashion and beauty news editor Halie LeSavage noted, the coat was "oversize without overwhelming her frame" and "light enough to wear with a substantial sweater underneath."

That Zendaya's fall fashion has bled into her films, or vice versa, is hardly shocking—during a recent appearance on LIVE with Kelly and Mark, the actress discussed how theater has influenced her fashion sense.

"I think it’s a massive influence on my life in so many ways. My mom, she worked at the California Shakespeare theatre…it became a happy place and I love spending time there and watching the whole process," she said at the time.

"I like to look at fashion as creativity. Even in press tours it’s a way to continue the creativity from the film or from the whatever," she continued. "I like to create characters because ultimately, sometimes, doing this for a living feels a little weird and awkward and I’m more of a shy, introverted person. Zendaya is currently in Boston filming a new movie with Robert Pattinson, a highly-under-wraps A24 joint called The Drama. When I first heard about the project, I assumed these two would be the only pairing convincing me to secure tickets at my nearest AMC the moment they drop. But then clips of the duo on-set surfaced on Nov. 6, and I realized Zendaya's new movie comes with an even hotter costar: a perfectly slouchy, extra-oversize gray winter coat.

I mean no offense to Mr. Pattinson, who once lived on my bedroom wall in the form of a Twilight poster and remains my non-platonic ideal of a celebrity boyfriend. (Suki Waterhouse, you're living my dream.) But Zendaya's type of coat, styled for a scene the pair filmed on Boston's historic Beacon Street, is the sort I've pined after for even longer than I have for the aloof British actor.

This coat called to me even more than the affordable Reformation sweater she wore for a walk with Tom Holland earlier in the week. I know nothing about Zendaya's new movie, plot-wise, or how a gray overcoat fits into her character's wardrobe and the scene she filmed with Pattinson. I do know from that nine-second clip that her coat is early winter perfection. It's oversize without overwhelming her frame; it's light enough to wear with a substantial sweater underneath. It's not clear which brand it comes from or even which costume designer chose it, but it doesn't matter: It's already the breakout star of the movie in my book.

Zendaya and Robert Pattinson will be filming in Boston for the next few weeks. Between takes, I'm crossing my fingers for a closer look at her coat. In the meantime, my own search continues with a few excellent (and affordable) similar versions I shopped out below.

I'm used to seeing Zendaya in over-the-top outfits orchestrated by Law Roach: a Cher-inspired naked dress here, a Mugler robot suit there, a custom Louis Vuitton gown in-between. Her rare date night outfits with Tom Holland are just as exquisitely on-theme and generally out-of-reach, like the Shakespearean dress she wore to his Romeo and Juliet premiere in May. Or, the bespoke burgundy LV that matched Holland's wine-red top for his Bero launch party.

Casual Zendaya sightings are rarer—and still tend to involve four- or five-digit designer tags. A recent Los Angeles errand run came with a Louis Vuitton Neverfull tote bag (classic, but expensive); another trip around the city was paired with a Loewe Squeeze bag and On sneakers (same notes here). Seeing Z color-coordinate with Tom Holland in a Reformation sweater that's equally polished and within reach felt like a breath of fresh air: She really does layer for fall just like us.

The Euphoria star is just one of several celebrities who have cozied up for fall in Reformation knitwear. Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez own the same oversize Reformation sweater, and Olivia Rodrigo has given a few Ref cardigans her Gen Z stamp of approval. Something tells me this cuffing season will come with even more A-listers matching their sweaters to their partners' outfits. What's not to love?

Turns out, actor Tom Holland searches his girlfriend's name online almost as much as we do.

While appearing on the latest episode of Samah Dada’s On The Menu podcast, the actor admitted that the last person he "googled" was "actually Zendaya."

"The last thing I googled was actually Zendaya,” Holland said at the time. “I’m not on [social media], and I delete it when I’m not using it. So, sometimes, like, it's more of a bit of an anxiety thing, but I'll check to see if everything's good and to make sure we're all cool."

The Spider-Man star went on to explain that from time-to-time he'll "give her a little Google and look [through] the news."

"And I'm like, 'She's good,'" he added.

While the idea of a Hollywood A-lister googling his own romantic partner might be surprising, what's not is the fact that Holland is wildly protective of his Euphoria star girlfriend. Just recently, the actor went viral after he protected Zendaya from a swarm of paparazzi.

While enjoying a date night in New York City on Oct. 24, Zendaya was swarmed by fans and photographers after the pair stepped out of their respective vehicle.

After he was briefly separated from his girlfriend—who kindly stopped to sign some autographs—Holland returned to Zendaya and attempted to hold her hand and guide her through the growing crowd. When photographers refused to move, Holland told them to "give us a little space" and politely moved them out of the way so the couple could continue walking into the restaurant.

A clip of the interaction quickly went viral on social media, sparking a slew of comments praising Holland for how he handled the clearly overwhelming situation.

"Not only were they crowding her but they were trying to push him away. his reaction is valid," one fan wrote via TikTok.

In a 2023 interview with Elle, Zendaya opened up about life under the spotlight and what her and her boyfriend's fame means for their relationship.

Following a launch event for boyfriend Tom Holland's non-alcoholic beer brand, Bero, held at celebrity hotspot The Corner Bar, Zendaya was spotted returning to her hotel on Oct. 24 with a fresh dye job. The golden highlights she's been sporting for months are gone. Now, Miss Z has returned to a gorgeous chocolate brown lob for fall. Her brunette hair still has dimension, though, with soft caramel-colored highlights around her face.

Her lob was styled in side-swept Old Hollywood curls for the occasion, and her ensemble was no less glamorous. Both Zendaya and Holland dressed in matching burgundy, one of Bero's brand colors. Styled by Law Roach, Zendaya opted for a skintight wine-red leather dress with a belted waist from Louis Vuitton, accessorized with a gold pendant Bvlgari necklace and a naked manicure. Holland, however, was dressed a bit more casually, in a merlot short-sleeved knit, black pants, and sneakers.

Zendaya's lob is very reminiscent of the 1960s retro, wavy lob she wore to the 2024 Oscars. That look, which also featured a dramatic side part, was created by celebrity hairstylist Tai Simon.

It's worth noting that Zendaya has two new gigs coming up: filming Euphoria season 3, plus a romance movie starring Robert Pattinson called The Drama. It's unclear whether her new cut and color are tied to either of those projects, but the Oscar nominee has spoken before about her philosophy on hair experimentation.

“It’s allowed me to experiment, to play around. When I am able to experiment and have fun with hair, that allows me to have confidence because you’re not worried about what other people think,” she told The Cut in 2016. “When you do things for other people, that’s when you give up the control of your life. Back in May, I thought I'd seen the most romantic form of celebrity date-night dressing when Zendaya wore a Shakespearean gown to Tom Holland's Romeo and Juliet premiere. Now it's October, and the couple is one-upping their own defining example of a fashion love story.

A few hours after Zendaya advertised Tom Holland's new zero-alcohol beer brand, Bero, in a parachute pants and official merch, the pair showed their mutual support in matching burgundy outfits for an Oct. 24 date night in New York City. Z was the first one to leave Tribeca's Greenwich Hotel en route to an official Bero launch party, wearing a skintight merlot leather maxi dress—which was custom, courtesy of Louis Vuitton by Nicolas Ghesquière. The piece, styled by Law Roach, featured a plunge neckline, a belted waist, and a glossy, fall apple finish. The hem was so long, I couldn't see her shoes—but knowing Zendaya, there's a pair of So Kate pumps underneath. (Unless she's testing the forthcoming Miss Z Louboutin pumps named in her honor.)

The short walk from the front door to the car also revealed some exciting beauty updates: Zendaya re-dyed her hair a rich, chocolate brown, after going blonde for the Challengers press tour. She styled it for date night into soft, romantic waves, paired to a light rose eyeshadow and a glossy lip. Her naked manicure, however, was just like the one she'd worn around Los Angeles last week and to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony with her Cher-inspired naked dress.

Tom Holland matched Zendaya—or was it the other way around?—in a burgundy T-shirt, black pants, and sneakers. I suspect that he also consulted Law Roach for his outfit—the shade is too perfect of a complement to Zendaya's dress to have been picked out alone.

After posing together inside the event, the couple was photographed making their way back to the hotel, holding hands.

Zendaya and Tom Holland haven't had many color-coordinating moments in public together, but they haven't been shy about supporting one another in interviews and on social media since they started dating in 2021. In my circle of friends, Holland's annual, earnest "Happy birthday" Instagram post for Z is the equivalent of a national holiday. This summer, Zendaya visited two of Holland's Romeo and Juliet performances—the second time, with a gigantic bouquet of roses for her leading man.

Tonight's rare sighting enters the pair into the matching celebrity date night outfit canon, a hall of fame recently populated by Rihanna and A$AP Rocky (in matching Puma sneakers) and Gracie Abrams and Paul Mescal (in dark wash jeans). Something's in the water out in Hollywood that's sending stylish couples to the same clothing racks and Pantone swatches. Even Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber pulled out matching leather jackets this week—and they typically steer clear of appearing to share a closet as a married couple. I guess when you're on the A-list, nothing says "I love you" like color-coordination and a photo-op to go with it.

Zendaya may have skipped the Bero launch party earlier this week, but she still found a way to support her man with a subtle sartorial nod. On Thursday, Oct. 24, the Euphoria star pulled up to New York City's Greenwich Hotel in a hunter green and off-white baseball cap from Tom Holland's new non-alcoholic beer brand. (Holland has been sober for two years after initially doing a temporary detox for Dry January—a decision he discussed in depth on Jay Shetty's podcast last year.) We all know how obsessed Holland is with his longtime girlfriend, whom he's been dating since 2021 at least. Still, it's touching to see the feeling is mutual.

After a long day of errands, Zendaya walked back to her hotel in a sporty ensemble comprised of a white tank top, baggy white parachute pants, and white sneakers. The sneakers in question are mostly likely the white On Running pair she was spotted wearing earlier this month with a rare vintage T-shirt and brown trousers. She was also photographed sporting the shoe—which is inspired by tennis icon Roger Federer—with black Free People parachute pants and a cherry red Members Only windbreaker while out and about in September. Miss Z became a brand ambassador for the Swiss footwear brand in June, following her portrayal of tennis prodigy Tashi Duncan in Luca Guadagnino's steamy sports thriller Challengers.

Away from the red carpet, where she's been wearing Cher-inspired naked dresses and custom Louis Vuitton, Z has been taking a much more relatable approach to styling. Her nails featured a naked manicure and she wore little no makeup. She did, however, accessorize the casual outfit with small huggie hoops and a gold pendant necklace.

I haven't been able to track down the exact pair of track pants she's wearing yet, which is a shame because I love the way these still look like trousers from afar. That said, Superdown and Cider both offer very similar—and very reasonably priced—substitutions.

I haven't taken the plunge on the parachute pants trend yet, but Zendaya brings a stylish ease to the look that may force my hand. Congratulations, Z—your work here is done.

Zendaya wants to take boyfriend Tom Holland to a dance class, but also in a very real way, she really does not want to take boyfriend Tom Holland to a dance class.

In a recent interview with Teen Vogue, the Challengers actress was asked who of her family and friends she would bring to: a hike, a dance class, and kayaking.

The star said she'd bring her niece or her mom on a hike, then originally said she'd bring Holland to a dance class, though she immediately caveated that statement.

"And then I'd say dance class? I would say I'd bring Tom with me, but he's too good," Zendaya said.

Asked to elaborate, she added, "He's too good, it would piss me off.

"I would want to take someone who could be equally as bad as me. You know who would be fun at it? Honestly, my little niece who's eight. I would like to take a dance class with her. That would be fun."

Of course, there are activities that Zendaya would pick Holland for. "Kayaking, I would choose Tom because I think that, if I can remember correctly, with the kayak, you have to be in sync with the person," she said. "And I think it would be hilarious because we are both very controlling and we both want to be in charge. So it would be funny to watch us be like, no, we're going to go this way. No, we're going to go that way. And I think it would be a good story after the fact."

Both Zendaya and Tom Holland opted to match in white tank tops for a casual daytime outing together over Labor Day Weekend and ahead of Zendaya's 28th birthday on September 1, according to an exclusive report by People. Sticking to her minimally chic personal style, the Challengers star sported a basic white tank top, which hovered right above her navel.

Z elevated the plain white shirt with wide-leg, ultra-cropped trousers—or culottes. A reigning summer 2024 trend, she accentuated the high-waisted, knee-hitting silhouette by styling them with black Mary Jane-style mule flats. (Being the fashion girl she is, Zendaya's were actually a pair of Maison Margiela's controversial, split-toe Tabis.) The actress also added a pop of color to her neutral outfit with a lightweight lime green jacket, which she mostly had draped over her forearm while walking outside in the Los Angeles heat.

The actress repurposed her penchant for method dressing for the occasion, channeling a Shakespearian heroine in a Spring 2023 Vivienne Westwood dress dusted with tiny, twinkling embellishments. Her longtime stylist, Law Roach, hasn't posted the look at press time—but fans can assume her image architect was behind the apt look.

The dress includes many of Vivienne Westwood's moody, subversive signatures: a lace-up corset bodice, puffy, three-quarter-length sleeves, and a full skirt. On the runway, it was styled with enormous crocodile platform boots and a coordinating mini bag. "They are each caring toward the other," the source continued. "It’s not a case where one is caring and the other isn’t so much. They are great people and are there for the good and bad. As busy as they are, this is super important."

Recently, Zendaya has been on a whirlwind global tour promoting both Dune and her new movie Challengers. Prior to the release of the film—which stars Zendaya as a professional tennis player engaged in a three-way relationship with her co-stars Mike Faist and Josh O'Connor—the Euphoria star posted a celebratory "photo dump" on Instagram in honor of the movie's debut.

(Apparently, by the way, the spin class was for Holland, not Zendaya—here’s how she put it: “Tom and I were rushing to a spin class—with my mother,” she said on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night. “I was not going to do the spin class. He was going to do the spin class, ‘cause I don’t do that. But we were going a little fast, ‘cause we were running late.”)

Zendaya herself has never been given a speeding ticket, and while it’s a little unclear who was driving, it appears Holland almost got one in this incident. But then, good ol’ fame swept in. “They recognized that he was Spider-Man, and we were fine,” she explained with a laugh, per The Hollywood Reporter. “We got a warning, and everything was okay.” 

Spider-Man not only saved Holland a possible ticket, but also introduced him to his longtime girlfriend—they were co-stars together in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, 2019’s Spider-Man: Far from Home, and 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home. It was also in 2021 when paparazzi photos outed the two co-stars as a real-life couple, and they’ve kept their relationship fairly private ever since.

“Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible,” he told The Hollywood Reporter. “We don’t think that we owe it to anyone. It’s our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers.” 

Lately, though, as both promote their respective new projects, they’ve been more and more forthcoming about their relationship, like in June, when Holland alluded to how he got the girl by saying “So, long game. Last night marked the L.A. premiere of Zendaya’s forthcoming film Challengers, a stop that followed events in Australia, London, Paris, and Rome. While speaking with Entertainment Tonight on the black carpet, the actress said “she has been astounded by the sheer amount of love” from her family, friends, and fans, and “her No. 1 supporter, boyfriend Tom Holland,” the outlet writes.

“It’s great,” she said. “I mean, I feel so lucky. I have so much beautiful support around me. Even tonight, I have so many family—they’re over there—family and friends here.”

While Holland was nowhere to be seen on the carpet, he sometimes eschews publicity in order to let his girlfriend have her moment. Case in point? At the London premiere of Challengers last week, Holland skipped the carpet “but was caught kissing and embracing his girlfriend inside the venue in photos and videos posted online,” Entertainment Tonight reports before asking “Could he have done the same in sunny L.A.?”

Zendaya and stylist Law Roach have embraced “tenniscore,” harkening back to the theme of the film she’s promoting—think bedazzled tennis dresses and tennis ball green looks and a gown with a person playing tennis on the front. Last night, though, seemed a departure from theme dressing, as Zendaya wore a lacy black and pink gown designed by Vera Wang, which Zendaya said actually does relate to the film in a way fans will understand after watching. “It’s interesting, ‘cause we’ve had this dress for a while, and it just felt like the right time to bring her out,” Zendaya said, hinting that the ensemble mirrors a potentially scandalous scene in a nightgown.

“I’ve really enjoyed this press tour,” she said. “I just think the idea of tennis whites in general and kind of playing with that in each of my looks—it’s just been fun, you know, just experimenting and building this other red carpet character.”

Attending last night’s premiere was someone who knows tennis whites well—tennis legend Venus Williams, whose presence made Zendaya nervous, Entertainment Tonight reports. “I heard that she came and I was like, ‘No way, this is the coolest thing!’” she said. “So I’m very nervous, ‘cause I know [Venus’ sister] Serena [Williams, a fellow tennis pro] has seen the movie, but I’m very nervous about her seeing my tennis.”

She added that if Williams should find fault (see what we did there?) in her technical portrayal of the game itself, “I apologize in advance.”

Just days after Challengers hits theaters, Zendaya will co-chair the Met Gala on May 6—her first return to the event in five years. Zendaya told E! News it felt like the “right time” to make her return and added that this year’s gala will be “very special” and that co-hosting the prestigious event is “obviously an honor.”

Of what we can expect to see her in for this year’s theme of “Garden of Time,” Zendaya said that she and Roach “have some ideas,” and gave hints that she might continue her penchant for theme dressing: “Law and I, obviously we’ve been working together for many years, and we’ve been doing themed dressing since Greatest Showman,” she said. “It’s so nice to be able to experiment with fashion.” 

Zendaya admitted to “being on the shier side,” but added that this is actually what has led her to embrace more over-the-top style statements. “I know, why do I do this for a living if I’m a shy person?” she joked. “I ask myself that every day. It just adds this layer of protection and confidence. I get to kind of create these characters—almost like in films.”

Just on the heels of her press run for Dune: Part Two, Zendaya is on another press run for her forthcoming film Challengers—including already a slew of jaw-dropping looks (tennis inspired, of course, as the film centers around the sport) and a cover story for Vogue. 

Inside that piece, typically private Zendaya opened up about her boyfriend, Tom Holland—also an actor—and praised him for how he handled the monstrosity that is fame, especially at a tender age: “We were both very, very young, but my career was already kind of going, and his changed overnight,” she said. “One day you’re a kid and you’re at the pub with your friends, and then the next day you’re Spider-Man.” (Zendaya and Holland starred together in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, 2019’s Spider-Man: Far from Home, and 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home, where Holland played the superhero.)

She added of Holland, “I definitely watched his life kind of change in front of him. But he handled it really beautifully.”

Zendaya also said she plans to support Holland when he returns to London’s West End in a new production of Romeo & Juliet next month. “[I] could not be more proud,” she said. “I’m going to try to see as many shows as I possibly can.”

After meeting on the set of their first of three Spider-Man movies, it’s unclear when their relationship turned from merely co-stars to romantic—but publicly, they were confirmed to be a couple in July 2021. 

Navigating their romance as the world watches has proven challenging for the couple, both of whom are protective of their personal lives. In her Vogue interview, Zendaya reflected on a trip they took to the Louvre in Paris, where they were advised that their fame might make crowds even worse at the famous museum. Yesterday, the couple attended the finals of the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California, where Zendaya—fresh off of a press run for Dune: Part Two that included outer-worldly looks—went full tennis-core in a white tennis skirt, matching vest, and hooded sweater. The couple (that we can’t get enough of) appeared in happy spirits as they arrived together at the finals, and another clip showed the pair smiling and chatting in their seats during the match, People reports. In another video—this one posted by BNP Paribas Open on X (formerly Twitter)—“the couple clapped after a point was scored, then raised their fists as they appeared to share a joke,” People reports.

Perhaps our favorite video? A moment posted by PopBuzz on X (and later reported on by TMZ) where Zendaya and Holland were seen singing along to Whitney Houston’s hit song “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” as should be constitutionally required when the bop comes on. 

“The dynamic duo’s clearly putting on quite the show for anyone looking their way,” TMZ writes. “TH is even getting his body rockin’ to the beat. The couple left London's Dune: Part Two afterparty holding hands, TMZ reports. The public outing marked the first time the couple was seen in public together after breakup rumors started swirling—despite pretty much no evidence to confirm them.

Back in January, Zendaya unfollowed literally everyone, including her Spider-Man costar, on Instagram. Purging one's following list is a fairly common practice among celebrities, though. And in this case, it's definitely not a sign that anything is amiss between the two lovebirds.

In fact, Holland vocally denied the breakup rumors in a statement to TMZ last month, saying that he and Zendaya were "absolutely not" on the outs. He also shared several photos of Zendaya at Paris Fashion Week to his Instagram Stories that month.

In September, the couple faced a very different set of rumors. Zendaya's Instagram followers noticed a ring on that finger and immediately started wondering if she and Holland were engaged. Zendaya laughed off the speculation—and in her defense, the ring in question was a pearl, not a diamond.

Back in 2022, Holland told The Hollywood Reporter that he and Zendaya "are incredibly protective" of their romance and do their best to keep things private. But, of course, that only fuels the gossip about the state of their relationship.

While Dakota Johnson is the latest Hollywood A-lister to make her Marvel superhero debut, that doesn't necessarily mean she is an avid viewer of the high-budget films.

In her most recent film, Madam Web, Johnson plays Cassandra Webb, a hero with clairvoyant powers. The story takes place in the same cinematic universe as Holland's Spider-Man films, prompting MTV's Josh Horowitz to ask the Fifty Shades of Grey star to accurately name all three.

"'Spider-Man: Here He Comes!' That's number one," Johnson not-so-confidently guessed. "'Spider-Man: And He's Back.' And the other one, the last one, is ... uh... 'The Goblet of Spider-Man.' 'Harry Spider-Man and the Goblet of Man.'"

Close... I guess? A for effort, as they say.

To be fair, prior to attempting to name all three Holland Spider-Man films Johnson did admit that she has seen all of "4%" of all the Marvel Superhero movies to date.

"Which is. like 15 minutes of one," she joked. (Accurate!)

Given her guesses, it's clear that Johnson is more of a Harry Potter fan... an assumption she quickly confirmed.

"I love Harry Potter," she said, adding that it is "totally" her thing.

"I agreed to go to Boarding School for one year—well, I was supposed to go for four years—but I agreed to go because I thought it was going to be like Hogwarts," she added. "Rude awakening—there are no nuns at Hogwarts."

Johnson also shared that she is officially a Ravenclaw, though MTV's Horowitz (and the rest of us) assumed she was a Slytherin.

"Did you say I'm definitely Slytherin?" she asked. "You said that? That's f****** crazy."

You may have noticed that White Lotus star Tom Hollander shares basically the exact same name as Spider-Man star Tom Holland. They're also both British and white, but the comparison does kind of end there, considering the former is 56 and known for his dramatic work, and the latter is 27 and known for his—ahem—superhero work.

Still, this similarity has caused some issues for poor Hollander in the past, considering he admitted during a recent appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers that he was once sent one of Holland's Avengers payslips by mistake. "It's been very difficult," the actor said of the ongoing confusion between them.

"People in the accounts department of my agency got confused—and we were with the same agency," he explained, adding pointedly, "Briefly."

Hollander recalled, "I went to see my friend who was doing theater in England, for £300 a week, you know, but doing great work, Chekhov, and I sat smugly in the audience having just done a BBC show for 30 grand or something, which was, you know, going to get me through the next year or so. And I was thinking, 'Well this is marvelous. I'm very prosperous, but my good friend Peter is doing this great play and I'm going to go afterwards and see him and slightly patronize him and say how wonderful it was.'"

He continued, "And then the interval came, and I thought I'd check my emails, and I got an email from the agency saying, 'Payment advice slip: your first box office bonus for The Avengers. And I thought, 'I don't think I'm in The Avengers.'"

Worse than that, the payslip was for an amount of money Hollander hadn't even imagined one could earn for acting.

"It was an astonishing amount of money," he said. "And it was not his salary, it was his first box office bonus. Not the whole box office, the first one. And it was more money than I've ever—it was a seven-figure sum. He was 20 or something. So my feeling of smugness that you remember I had in the first half disappeared very quickly. But that's show biz! It's up, it's down, it's hero, it's zero."

Zendaya has a lot of fans, but her biggest fan? Boyfriend Tom Holland.

She was on hand for Paris Couture Week, turning heads at the Schiaparelli show earlier this week in an all-black aliencore look and—wait for it—microbangs. The fashion world gushed, and so did Holland; alongside a black-and-white photo of his girlfriend at the Schiaparelli runway show, Holland added an Instagram Story with three heart eyes to show his complete adoration of Zendaya. 

The Schiaparelli look, by the way, was styled by Law Roach and featured a black crepe turtleneck with knotted silk spikes along the sleeves and shoulders, as well as a coordinating skirt with an equestrian train that draped down the back. A video of Zendaya in the look was posted to Instagram by photographer Bilal Zagaoui, set to the tune of “Cupid’s Chokehold” by Gym Class Heroes—complete with the lyrics “Take a look at my girlfriend, she’s the only one I got”—and Just Jared reports that Holland reposted the video and added the cheeky caption “This was made for me,” alongside a laughing emoji.

All of this comes on the heels of breakup rumors surrounding the couple. When approached by paparazzi after rumors of a split broke on January 12, the normally fiercely private Holland responded with an emphatic “No, absolutely not,” to the question of whether he and Zendaya had broken up.

The couple has been linked since 2021 and have both kept their romance close to the vest. “Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of, and we want to keep as sacred as possible,” Holland told The Hollywood Reporter last June. “We don’t think that we owe it to anyone. It’s our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers.” 

In a similar vein, Zendaya told Elle last August “Parts of my life, I accept, are going to be public. I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love. But also, I do have control over what I choose to share. It’s about protecting the peace and letting things be your own but also not being afraid to exist. You can’t hide. That’s not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now.”

Tom Holland and Zendaya have the cutest tradition as a couple: They rewatch the first Spider-Man movie they filmed together, in 2017, to reminisce about their days as gilded youth.

Speaking to Extra on the red carpet at the Critics' Choice Awards on Sunday, Holland revealed (via People), "Zendaya and I will, every now and then, watch Spider-Man 1 and reminisce about being 19 and making those movies again."

He continued, "I love those movies, and I love savoring those moments, so I try not to watch them as often as I would maybe like to because it’s so special. It's such a luxury, such a gift to be able to sit down and sort of relive your youth."

Holland's revelation comes amid breakup rumors (which he has categorically denied), which started when Zendaya unfollowed everyone on Instagram. Presumably, this also included her family, friends, agents, publicists, and coworkers, so I'm not entirely sure that people who jumped to breakup conclusions were doing so in good faith.

Anyway, both parties rarely address their relationship directly in the media, but when they do, it's nothing short of beautiful (and hilarious).

For example, in June 2023, Holland revealed that Zendaya sends him memes all day, every day. "It’s nonstop," he said at the time. "She sends me too much. It’s like, I can’t keep up! I delete my Instagram for days at a time. I download it to post and then I have to check my messages, and I’ll have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of things from her."

It's a tough life, dating one of the coolest superstars out there, isn't it, Tom?

On Wednesday, Jan. 3, award-winning actress Zendaya unfollowed everyone on Instagram—and by everyone, we mean even her boyfriend and Spider-Man co-star Tom Holland.

WHAT?!

Zendaya kept her Instagram grid intact, to the joy and appreciation—I'm sure—of her over 184 million followers. Her last post featured a promotional poster for her upcoming new movie Challengers, in which she plays a former professional tennis player-turned-coach who helps her husband reach tennis success only to find himself competing against her former boyfriend.

"Challengers April 26th," the actress captioned the post. "Wishing you all the most beautiful new year."

The Euphoria actress has yet to explain her decision to unfollow everyone, Entertainment Tonight reports, so the intention behind her social media purge has yet to be revealed.

Zendaya did leave a picture of her and boyfriend Holland on her Instagram grid, so perhaps her decision to unfollow everyone on the social media app was just a New Year resolution (stars, they're just like us!) or in preparation for her upcoming promotional tour for her new film. One can only hope.

The post of the happy couple features a black-and-white photo of Holland looking at the camera while he holds Zendaya in his arms and as she looks away, smiling.

"Happiest of birthdays to the one who makes me the happiest," the actress wrote.

Zendaya and Holland started dating after the pair met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming. While both A-listers kept their relationship private for some time, they were first caught locking lips by members of the paparazzi in July of 2021, according to Elle.

In September, 2023, Zendaya shut down rumors that her and Holland were getting married in a video posted to her Instagram Story.

"I can't post anything, you guys," Zendaya laughed in the video, which was also shared by fans on X, formerly known as Twitter. "I posted it for my hat… Like, not for the ring on my right finger, you guys. Seriously, you think that's how I would drop the deuce? Like, what?!"

So, to recap: There is no Holland-Zendaya wedding currently on the books, Zendaya unfollowed everyone including her boyfriend on Instagram, and no one knows why.

It's fine. This is fine. Everything is fine.

One doesn’t have to be a relationship expert to know that, if a relationship is going to work, both partners have to be honest with one another—and Tom Holland is glad that his girlfriend Zendaya excels in this regard, with Us Weekly reporting that the actor never has to wonder if she is sugarcoating the truth.

“Zendaya is probably the most honest with me, which I love, because you need that,” he said during a SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversation shared on YouTube Friday. 

Moderator Chris Gardner asked Holland who among his peers he turns to for acting critiques; other than Zendaya—who Holland met while working on films to support the Spider-Man franchise—Holland also cited Marvel costars Robert Downey Jr. and Benedict Cumberbatch as his trusted advisors.

“Downey is very honest—sometimes a little too honest,” Holland said. “I really respect Downey’s opinion. He taught me so much and I always sing his praises, and I love the guy. I admire him. I don’t know if you guys have seen Oppenheimer yet, but he’s absolutely staggering in it. He steals the movie for me.”

As for Cumberbatch, Holland said that he “is someone that I ask for advice a lot about acting.”

But, before Downey and before Cumberbatch, it was Zendaya who Holland said he turned to. Though it’s unclear how long the two have been together, they were made official by force after being caught kissing in a car in July 2021; the two are historically fiercely private about their relationship but are slowly starting to talk about it more and more as the years go on. “Zendaya and Tom really did their best to keep their romance under wraps when they first started dating,” a source speaking to Us Weekly said. “Before they began seeing each other, they had both always been very private when it came to their personal lives. It was something that bonded them in the early stages of their relationship because they were both on the same page when it came to avoiding public speculation.”

While they “preferred to keep to themselves” in the relationship’s infancy, they eventually decided it was pointless to hide their relationship when it was basically an open secret: “That has shifted over time, and they acknowledge that everyone knows they’re together,” they said. “So Tom is proud to call Zendaya his girlfriend and express how much he loves her because he wants the world to know.”

Holland publicly declared his love for Zendaya back in June in an interview with BuzzFeed. “I’m locked up,” he said. “So I’m happy and in love.” 

We had definitely reached the point where we were of the mind that Zendaya and Tom Holland could really get no cuter as a couple—but we were (happily) proven wrong. Just when we thought we’d seen it all (or at least all we’d ever get see publicly between the fiercely private couple)—the looks of love when seen out together, their dates to events like Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour (twice!) and basketball games, so on and so forth—we were pleasantly surprised when the twosome posted photos of themselves at maybe the most wholesome date we’ve ever heard of: cuddling rescue puppies together at a U.K. animal shelter. (Are we fawning and gushing a little? Proudly! This couple is A+.)

Anyway, gushfest over and back to the news: both Zendaya and Holland took to their respective social media to post clips of themselves cuddling puppies at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in London on Thursday. Holland’s carousel included “a closeup of several sweetly sleeping puppies, and another of himself posed in a blue and white hazmat suit,” People reports. He also included a final photo of Zendaya snuggling a puppy. 

Zendaya also shared videos on her Instagram Story of a tiny puppy resting in her arms. “@Battersea puppy heaven,” she wrote on her story. Alongside another photo, she wrote “Like…are you kidding me?” as a sleeping puppy lay in her arms. She then posted another clip of her petting a puppy, writing, “Got the lil legs going lol. Noons gonna be so mad when he smells me @battersea,” referring to her dog, Noons, who even has his own Instagram account.

Battersea shared the couple’s posts to their Instagram story, writing “Thanks for visiting us and supporting rescue @zendaya.” Then, to Holland, “They loved you! Thank you for visiting @tomholland2013.”

“Tom and Zendaya visited Battersea to find out more about the work we do to support rescue dogs and cats and to meet some of the animals currently in our care,” a spokesperson said in a statement to People. “It was lovely to welcome them to Battersea.” The animal rescue center has been in operation since 1860, and Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth was a patron for 60 years, after taking on the role in May 1956.

It’s a rare glimpse into the private couple’s love story. Zendaya, speaking to Elle earlier this year, said of her relationship “Parts of my life, I accept, are going to be public. RE: control over what she chooses to share—we are very thankful that it involved puppies.

Zendaya just celebrated her birthday earlier this month—could she be celebrating some other occasion this month, too? The multihyphenate sent tongues wagging when she posted a photo of herself to Instagram—wearing a massive ring on her ring finger—on Thursday. Fans went wild: could she be engaged to boyfriend Tom Holland?

In a now-deleted video on her Instagram story, Zendaya “laughed off not only the proposal speculation but how quickly followers jumped to conclusions,” Access reports. 

“I can’t post anything, you guys,” she said. “I posted it for my hat. Like, not for the ring on my right finger, you guys, seriously.”

In the confusion that is technology, because Zendaya was looking at a reflection of herself, it appeared as though the ring—the centerpiece of which is a giant pearl—was on that finger. Zendaya also pointed out that, as Access put it, she’d find a different way to share something so life changing as an engagement. “You think that’s how I would drop the news?” she laughed. 

Just for further clarification, she reposted the shot with a new caption to further shut down engagement rumors: “Let me just put the full body back so ya’ll can relax lmao” she wrote, shutting excitement down. (An engagement between Zendaya and Holland—no question one of our favorite couples around here—would be music to our ears.)

And while fans picked up on one accessory (the ring), the accessory Zendaya actually intended to highlight was the hat she was wearing—which, for the record, was a Golden State Warriors cap.
