While National Pi Day is typically a mathematician's holiday (who else has the time to memorize the infinite number 3.1415...) we're more than happy that pizza places and pie shops have overtaken it with some of the best food deals of the year. Here's where you can eat cheap and even for free today:
Any and all pizzas will only cost you $3.14 at this fast-casual chain today.
If you're in the mood for dessert, you can take home not one but three sweet potato pies for $3.14.
This pizza chain is going all out for Pi Day, offering half-priced pies for the entire week. The deal applies to all menu-priced pizzas that are ordered online now through Sunday, March 20. So order two and consider the second a deliciously cheesy freebie.
This chain is celebrating its namesake by slinging $3.14 pizzas (when you buy a large 'za) and giving away complimentary large pies to anyone with a March 14 birthday.
Starting at 8 a.m., Pizza Hut will publish blog posts with three mathematical word problems (created in conjunction with Princeton University professor John H. Conway) that you should submit answers via the comment section for a chance to wine free pizza for 3.14 years—that's an estimated $1,600 worth of pies.
Select locations of the grocery chain are offering two deals: $3.14 off large fruit pies and $2 off take-and-bake pizzas. Check with your local Whole Foods to see if they're participating in Pi Day.
For just $3.14 you can score personal-size pizzas, craft beer, and meal combos at this Southeast-based pizza chain.
