FAQs
Does Hoka offer free shipping?
Yes, but only for Hoka Members: standard shipping within the US is free for members, while non-members pay $8 for standard shipping. Membership is free to join. Faster options cost extra for everyone: UPS 2-Day is $20 and UPS Next Day is $30. Hoka's warehouse ships Monday to Friday, and orders placed before 11am PT go out by the next business day, subject to order verification.
What is the Hoka return policy?
Hoka's Fly for 30 Guarantee lets you return shoes and apparel within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund or exchange if you aren't totally satisfied. Hoka Members get 60 days instead. Return and exchange shipping is free on orders placed on hoka.com or through the call center, and you start a return at hoka.com/returns. Shoes bought from other retailers have to go back to that retailer.
Does Hoka have a loyalty program?
Yes, Hoka Membership is free to join and gives you 10% off your next purchase just for signing up, which you redeem at checkout from your account. Members also get free standard shipping, 60-day returns, birthday rewards, access to member-exclusive styles and early previews of sales
Hints and Tips
Join before you check out: Hoka Membership costs nothing, takes $8 off every order straight away by making standard shipping free, and gives you 10% off your next purchase. If you're buying one pair of Cliftons or Bondis, that's the simplest saving on the site.
Use the 60-day window to test the fit: Members get twice as long as non-members to return or exchange, and return shipping is free. That matters with Hoka's thick midsoles, which can feel very different on a long run than in your living room, so take them for a few test runs before deciding.
Save your verified discount for big orders: ID.me discounts are capped at six redemptions a year. Put a new pair of shoes and a sports bra or pair of leggings in one order instead of placing several small ones.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.
However, there are occasions when details change or the sales may expire without us knowing. If this happens, be sure to contact us by emailing coupons.marieclaire@futurenet.com so we know.
How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
