Does Quince have promo codes?
No, Quince says it doesn't issue public promo codes or coupons, because its factory-direct prices are its main offer. You can still save with a referral link from a friend, the 10% new-customer discount for verified military, first responders, nurses and educators through ID.me, bundle pricing on select items, and Quince credit earned through its Partner Offers.
Does Quince offer free shipping?
Yes, standard shipping is free on every Quince order, with no minimum spend. Delivery times depend on the item and your address, and the estimated date appears at checkout before you pay. Made-to-order pieces ship on the lead time shown on the product page and need a signature on delivery if they're over $100. Select furniture comes with free white glove delivery in the contiguous US.
What is the Quince return policy?
Most Quince items can be returned free for a refund or exchange within 365 days of delivery. They need to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the hang tag attached (bedding excepted), and underwear and swimwear must be in their original packaging. Some categories have stricter rules: furniture and wall art have 30 days and a 15% restocking fee, rugs, mirrors and made-to-order items carry a $35 restocking fee, and engagement rings must come back within 60 days.
What can't be returned to Quince?
Final sale items can't be returned, refunded or exchanged. That covers final sale promotions, customized pieces, limited editions and logo or private-label items, plus gold bars, caviar and wine, and gift cards. If a final sale item arrives wrong or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, Quince's customer service team will still help.
