Does Myprotein offer free shipping?
Yes, Myprotein offers free standard tracked shipping on US orders over $80. Below that, standard shipping costs $7.99 on orders from $20 to $80 and $12.99 on orders under $20, with delivery within 3-5 working days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico cost $39.99 under $80. Overnight delivery is $24.99 if you order before 2pm EST.
What is the Myprotein return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return through Myprotein's self-serve returns process. Nutrition products must be unopened and unused with seals intact, and clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. Underwear, swimwear and socks can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and Myprotein doesn't offer exchanges, so you'll need to return for a refund and reorder.
Does Myprotein have a loyalty program?
No, Myprotein's US site doesn't currently run a points-based loyalty program. Its Loyalty & Rewards section covers its refer-a-friend scheme, app offers, and student and essential worker discounts instead. The most valuable of these for regular shoppers is the referral credit, which gives you and a friend $20 each.
Does Myprotein have a refer-a-friend program?
Yes, when you share your unique referral link, your friend gets a $20 credit and you get a $20 credit once they spend $40 or more as a new customer. Your credit arrives within 24 hours of their order being dispatched and expires after three months, so plan to use it on your next restock.
Does Myprotein offer a student discount?
Yes, Myprotein's US student page links to UNiDAYS, Student Beans and StudentDiscount.com. Student Beans currently lists an extra 10% off for US students. The UNiDAYS US listing advertises up to 55% off plus free shipping, and you can check the current terms after verifying. Like other offers, a student code can't be combined with another discount on the same order.

Can I pay with my HSA or FSA at Myprotein?
Yes, Myprotein accepts HSA and FSA debit cards through Flex. You can pay for eligible products, such as creatine and third-party tested protein, with your HSA or FSA funds. Some items need a Letter of Medical Necessity, which Flex can arrange through an online consultation at checkout. Subscriptions don't support HSA or FSA payments yet.
