How can I cancel Stitch Fix?
If you no longer wish to receive automatic deliveries from Stitch Fix, you can cancel in a few easy steps. Once you’ve logged in to your account, head over to your profile and click on ‘Fix Frequency’. Navigate to ‘Manage Fix frequency’ and select ‘Proceed to cancel’, then ‘Confirm cancel’.
What is the Stitch Fix return policy?
Once you’ve received your order, you will have 3 days to return it to Stitch Fix. To return your order, sign in to your account and click on ‘Review your order’. From here, you can choose to return it, and Stitch Fix will send you a prepaid return label. Then simply drop off your package at the correct courier location.
Does Stitch Fix offer a military discount?
No, Stitch Fix does not currently offer a military discount, but they have offered a discount exclusive to military personnel in the past. We’ve previously seen Stitch Fix offer a 20% discount for Memorial Day on first Fix orders.
Does Stitch Fix price match?
Yes, if you find the same exact product that you ordered from Stitch Fix elsewhere for cheaper within 7 days of purchase, Stitch Fix will refund the difference and honor the lower price.
