Yes! Lulus offers free standard shipping on orders over $50 when ordered through the website. However, if you order through the Lulus app you can get free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum.
What is the Lulus Return Policy?
You have 21 days from delivery to return your item to Lulus and all items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags, security ribbons and hygienic liners still attached. You will need to pay a $5.95 return shipping fee, but if you choose credit for your return the fee is waived.
What is the Lulus Love Rewards program?
Love Rewards is Lulu's free loyalty program where you earn points on orders and account activity. There are four tiers which come with bigger perks and better offers so the more you shop the more you get. Plus you get double points on your first purchase and birthday gifts.
