After a long stretch of telling myself I'd get back into a workout routine, I finally did—starting with walks along the West Side Highway. Taking in the scenery while enjoying the breeze was the perfect segue back into my fitness journey. Even if it's just a mile-long walk, moving outside feels like I did something for myself. On days where I lack motivation, the only thing that makes activity easier is the right outfit.

Thankfully for me and my fitness journey, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, running through August 9, has made refreshing my workout wardrobe surprisingly easy. And most importantly, at prices I feel good about. These 23 finds are the ones I'll be wearing on my walks, runs, to Pilates, and everywhere in between (a.k.a. my couch).
