It's the first day of fall today (Happy first day of fall, everyone!!!!), and whether you're ready for it or not, Starbucks has introduced a new way to celebrate the season.

Drink this in: The Toasted Graham Latte, the coffee chain's first new fall drink in four years, is officially out today, and chances are you're probably going to love it.

According to a description of the drink from a press release, the TGL features "flavors of graham and sweet cream, combined with steamed milk and our signature espresso, and finished with a sprinkling of cinnamon graham crumbles." I've tasted it and my professional opinion is that it feels like a warm hug in a cup.

If you take a whiff of the TGL before you drink it, you might smell a cinnamon roll or the comforting aroma of the milk at the bottom of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The latter is what the Starbucks espresso team was going for when they created the drink recipe by soaking honey graham crackers in milk.

Other ~important~ things to know about the TGL: It's more coffee-forward and not as sweet as its sister drink, the PSL. Also, it will be served in a fun new fall paper cup that features illustrations of leaves and pine cones and pumpkins, just to hammer home the message that IT'S FALL, PEOPLE! Put on a sweater and get on board!
