Khloé Kardashian has been going through a lot in the last two weeks—she's reportedly giving her marriage with Lamar Odom another try after a drug overdose left him close to death—but her new book, which comes out November 3, is a reminder of why fans were rallying behind her the whole time.
Strong Looks Better Naked, featuring a nude Kardashian on the cover, naturally, is all about body confidence. According to her publisher's note, she hits back at a "culture that worships skinny" and instead focuses on mental strength and building good character. The back cover features an empowering quote from Kardashian, who's no stranger to the pressure to look #flawless 24/7:

Kardashian has lost some weight recently, so the book will likely also include a few tips about health and fitness. And because this is a Kardashian publication, there are lots of stunning photos inside *and* out: The jacket unfolds to become a giant poster, teen-magazine style. May we all aspire to naked-wall-hanging-level body confidence. 🙌
