FAQs
Does Calvin Klein offer free shipping?
Yes, Calvin Klein ships free by standard ground on US orders of $75 or more, and that drops to $50 or more for My Calvin Rewards members who are signed in. Otherwise Standard Ground is $9.95 and takes 3 to 6 business days. Second Day ($24) and Overnight ($35) are available in the contiguous US, and the site doesn't ship internationally or to PO boxes.
What is the Calvin Klein return policy?
Calvin Klein accepts returns by mail or in store within 30 days of the shipment date, as long as items are unworn with tags attached. A flat $4.95 is deducted from your refund, though My Calvin Rewards members get free returns on online orders placed while signed in, plus a 45-day window. Final sale pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
Does Calvin Klein have a loyalty program?
Yes, My Calvin Rewards lets you earn 10 points per $1 spent online and in Calvin Klein stores, with double points on full-price items. Every 1,000 points becomes a $5 reward, valid for 90 days. Members also get a birthday gift, early access to new collections, free shipping from $50 and free returns on online orders.
Does Calvin Klein offer a student discount?
Yes, college students aged 18 or over who are enrolled at an accredited US or Canadian university or college can get a one-time 20% off select items after verifying with ID.me. You'll receive a single-use promo code to enter in your shopping bag or at checkout. It can't be combined with any other promotion.
Hints and Tips
Sign in before you check out: Being logged in to My Calvin Rewards is what unlocks free shipping from $50 rather than $75, and free returns on that order. Joining is also how you get the welcome sign-up discount, which arrives by email within five days.
Save your rewards for full-price pieces: Full-price items earn double points, so a new-season bra or Fall knit bought at full price builds toward your next $5 reward twice as fast. Keep an eye on the 90-day expiry on rewards once they land.
Build a lingerie drawer with multibuys: The brand's Coupons + Promotions page lists the offers applied automatically in your shopping bag, which often include mix-and-match pricing on panties. Stocking up on basics this way usually takes you past the free shipping threshold too.
Try on before you commit to Final Sale: Final Sale pieces carry the deepest markdowns but can't be returned or exchanged. Use the women's denim fit guide or check sizing in a Calvin Klein store before buying a jean or bra in the Final Sale edit.
Order early for the holidays: In recent years Calvin Klein has extended its returns window for gifts bought from late October through Christmas Eve, so gift shopping early in the season gives you more breathing room.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.
However, there are occasions when details change or the sales may expire without us knowing. If this happens, be sure to contact us by emailing coupons.marieclaire@futurenet.com so we know.
How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
