24 Trending Fall Pieces I'd Grab Before They're Gone for the Season
Plaid trenches, riding boots, the list goes on.

Last month, I made the regrettable mistake of adding a plaid trench to my "fall wish list" Notes folder instead of purchasing it on the spot. As you can probably guess, it sold out faster than I could pull out my credit card. More often than not, I find myself in this same predicament season after season. Call it financial responsibility, call it indecisiveness, either way, I'm down one very chic trench coat, and I won't let this happen again.
As it goes, one trench leaves, and another one comes—specifically, the Pixie Market one I've shopped out for you below. This and the other 23 items listed here are what I'm calling the "core 24." 24 outfit builders, jewelry arrivals, and on-trend footwear options that help create a very stylish fall wardrobe. To shop my favorites from Shopbop, Pandora, and Steve Madden, keep reading.
Chances are you've already got the basics down: Tees, tanks, and button-downs you can wear all season long. So here's the extra stuff. Light layers, a well-priced suede blazer, and the pants to help complete an ensemble. On my personal wish list (and that of many of my colleagues) are khaki and relaxed-fit jeans, plus a navy satin style that is great for fall travel, errand-running, or when you're in the mood to pretend you're wearing PJs outside of the house. Shop my favorites from Shopbop below.
Each season I like to add at least one new jewelry piece to my collection—something that will layer well with my everyday pieces, but also feel of the moment and a bit on-trend. From now until September 28, Pandora is having a September Spend sale, which gives you 25% off purchases of $145 or more. Below are six pieces I think are perfect for the fall season and beyond.
To round out your fall purchases, please turn your attention to this footwear from Steve Madden. I bet every trend roundup on TikTok is suggesting you buy tall riding boots and suede sneakers for fall, and I'm here to confirm those trends. I'm also here to highlight my personal favorites of the season: Navy suede ankle boots and burgundy loafers. No matter what you choose, you won't spend more than $200 on a single pair (you're welcome).
