Style Inspired by Joshua Tree
Fashion designers are the latest in those looking to the national park for some beauty.

To look within, get outside. For decades, Southern California's Joshua Tree National Park has informed the artistic journeys of everyone from Native Americans to the Rolling Stones. U2's 1987 album named for the park's indigenous foliage won them two Grammys. Now, led by stars like Proenza Schouler's Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, the fashion world, too, turns to the desert. Between rich, earthy separates and carved wooden extras, the beauty is obvious no peyote needed.
