The Summer Sales Are Here—9 Pieces You Should Grab Before They Sell Out
I promise, they're good.

The end of sale season is upon us. While I’m not necessarily shopping for myself at the moment, there’s a whole lot I’m favoriting and passing along to you. Let’s get into it!
Sara Holzman and Nikki Ogunnaike.
At J.Crew…
There are 1,281 items currently on sale at J.Crew (plus an extra 60 percent off with the code July) but here are three things I would buy immediately, whether or not they were discounted.
A linen shirt dress can take you so far during the summer. Pack it on vacation to wear on its own or over a swim look. Back at home, wear it unbuttoned layered over a tank and shorts or jeans.
This dress is hot, hot, hot! And one that you, understandably, may not want to spend a ton of money on. Why not pick it up now?
After scrolling through the reviews, it’s clear this sandal is versatile, gorgeous, and incredibly comfortable once it’s broken-in.
At Alex Mill…
The NYC-based label is having a major sale, with pieces up to 50 percent off.
This is my Platonic ideal of a work dress: it has sleeves, it hits below the knee, and it’s twill (a fabric that breathes but is also sturdy)."
It should come as no surprise that I’m a stripes girlie through and through. I’m always looking to add another one into the mix and this color combo has really caught my attention.
I spend a lot of late summer running around with my young niece and nephew in this jumpsuit. If you’re in the same boat, I highly recommend adding one to your wardrobe rotation.
At Nordstrom…
The Nordstrom anniversary sale starts soon and I’ve always found that the key to success in shopping big moments like this (3,409 items on sale!) is to go in with a game plan. Here are a few things I’d have on my radar.
Presenting: My all-time favorite sneaker for any sort of workouts that are not running.
This item is available to purchase during Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale, starting July 15.
Last but not least, a legacy moisturizer that continues to stand the test of time.
