FAQs
Does Curology offer a free trial?
Yes, new subscribers can get a first box that lasts 30 days for the cost of shipping and handling ($5.45), subject to a medical consultation. Your first full-size order, sized to last about 60 days, ships and is billed 30 days after the trial is processed unless you change or cancel before then. After that, orders ship every 60 days.
How do I cancel my Curology subscription?
You can cancel online at any time by clicking 'I want to cancel' at the bottom of your account's payment page and finishing every step of the cancellation flow, or by emailing Curology's Success team. Cancel at least two full business days before your next scheduled order, or you'll be charged for it. Your cancellation is confirmed by email; choosing to pause instead only postpones your next shipment.
Does Curology offer free shipping?
Yes, subscription shipments of Curology's prescription formulas ship free, and the Curology Shop shows free shipping on orders of $30 or more. The trial box is the exception: you pay $5.45 shipping and handling. Curology ships via USPS to US addresses only, including P.O. boxes in your home state, but not to APO/FPO or forwarding addresses.
Hints and Tips
Use the trial month to fine-tune your formula: The first box covers 30 days for the shipping and handling cost, and the first full-size order doesn't bill until 30 days after the trial is processed. Message your provider during that month if you have questions, and adjust your box before the next order date.
Edit your box two business days ahead: Curology bills only when an order is processed, and changes have to land at least two business days before that. Check your next order date on the Orders page and postpone or remove products you don't need yet, because a processed order can't be canceled or returned.
Pair prescription products for a box discount: Curology's pricing page says pairing DayPrime Rx with another prescription product takes $30 off your box, and pairing Body Cleanse Rx or Deep Cleanse Rx with another takes $10 off. If your provider recommends two formulas, adding them to the same subscription box is cheaper than buying separately.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.
However, there are occasions when details change or the sales may expire without us knowing. If this happens, be sure to contact us by emailing coupons.marieclaire@futurenet.com so we know.
How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
