Does fresh offer free shipping?
Yes, fresh offers free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more, excluding tax and gift wrap, with no code needed. Below $50, standard shipping costs $8 and takes 5 to 7 business days. Express is $19 (3 to 4 business days) and Priority is $25 (2 to 3 business days), and orders placed by 11am ET on a business day ship the same day. fresh only ships within the US and can't deliver to PO boxes.
What is the fresh return policy?
You can return fresh.com purchases within 30 days of purchase if they're unopened or gently used. Contact customer service through the web form on fresh.com or call 1-833-858-1115 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or credit toward a fresh.com purchase of equal or greater value.
Does fresh have a loyalty program?
No, not for new members: fresh is retiring its Fresh Rewards program in December 2026, and purchases no longer earn points. Existing members can still turn their points into Fresh Funds, from $5 off for 200 points up to $100 off for 2,000 points, one reward per order, until their points expire by December 31, 2026. If you're a member, check your balance and use it before then.
Hints and Tips
Build your order to $50: Standard shipping is free from $50, so if you're a little short, add a lip treatment or a travel size rather than paying the $8 fee. fresh's gifting section has an "under $25" edit that's useful for this.
Always pick your samples: Every fresh.com order lets you choose complimentary samples in your bag before checkout. Use them to try a Black Tea or Kombucha formula before committing to the full size.
Put your everyday cleanser on Auto-Replenish: If you get through the Soy Face Cleanser or another staple regularly, Auto-Replenish takes 10% off every delivery and adds free ground shipping. Because it can't be combined with a promo code, compare it with any code you have before checking out.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.

How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
