Does Dermalogica offer free shipping?
Yes, Dermalogica's shipping policy lists free shipping on orders of $20 or more within the continental US. Below that, standard shipping is $8, expedited is $15 and next-day Rush is $35 (not available to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands). Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, then take 1 to 4 business days in transit. Dermalogica doesn't ship internationally.
What is the Dermalogica return policy?
Dermalogica accepts returns of dermalogica.com purchases for any reason, as long as you start the return within 30 days of your order date. Items must be new or gently used in their original packaging, and nearly empty products aren't refunded. Returns are free with the prepaid UPS label from the Returns Center. Partial kits or gift sets, free samples and gift-with-purchase items are final sale.
Does Dermalogica have a loyalty program?
Yes, Dermalogica Rewards is free to join with a Dermalogica account. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, plus 50 points for signing up, and can redeem from 300 points for select full-size products and gifts. Reach 500 points in 12 months for Radiant Skin status (early access to promotions) or 1,000 points for Brilliant Skin. Points expire after 12 months.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.

How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
