FAQs
Does Tommy Hilfiger offer free shipping?
Yes, Tommy Hilfiger offers free standard ground shipping on orders of $100 or more delivered within the 48 contiguous US states. Below that, standard ground costs $9.95 and takes an estimated 3 to 6 business days, plus up to two business days of processing. Second Day ($24) and Overnight ($35) are also available, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO addresses go by USPS for $9.95. The US site doesn't ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
What is the Tommy Hilfiger return policy?
Online orders must reach the Tommy Hilfiger warehouse within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, or 45 days for Hilfiger Club members. Clothing must be unworn with the original tags, and shoes must come back unworn in their original box. Mail returns use a prepaid label, with a flat $4.95 deducted from your refund. Returns to a Tommy Hilfiger store are processed on the spot, but Macy's stores won't accept them. Final sale items can't be returned.
Can I exchange an item at Tommy Hilfiger?
No, Tommy Hilfiger doesn't currently process exchanges online or in store. If you need a different size or color, return the original for a refund or store credit and place a new order. Remember that the return window counts from the shipping confirmation date, not the day the parcel arrives.
Does Tommy Hilfiger have a loyalty program?
Yes, the Hilfiger Club is free to join online or in a Tommy Hilfiger store. New members get a welcome offer by email. Members also get a 45-day return window, birthday and welcome gifts, members-only promotions, early access to sales and invitations to events. The discount is valid at Tommy Hilfiger stores in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam, and on usa.tommy.com, but not at department stores or Clearance stores.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.
However, there are occasions when details change or the sales may expire without us knowing. If this happens, be sure to contact us by emailing coupons.marieclaire@futurenet.com so we know.
How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
