FAQs
Does Pacsun offer free shipping?
Yes, but the threshold changes with Pacsun's promotions. Product pages currently list free standard shipping on orders over $50, and Pacun often runs limited-time free standard shipping sitewide. Free shipping offers apply to US addresses only, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses don't qualify. Check the banner at the top of the site for the current offer before you check out.
What is the Pacsun return policy?
Pacsun accepts returns within 60 days of purchase, as long as items are in the condition you received them, in the original bag or box, with tags attached. You can return in store with your packing slip and the card you paid with, or by mail with a prepaid Smart Label, which deducts $5.95 from your refund. Fear of God Essentials and body jewelry are final sale, and swimwear must be unworn with its tags.
Does Pacsun have a loyalty program?
Yes, Pacsun Rewards gives you a $5 reward for signing up. You earn 1 point per $1 spent online, in store or in the app, and every 125 points turns into a $5 reward. Members also get a birthday reward, and higher tiers (Plus from $150 a year, Premiere from $350) add bigger birthday rewards, double-points events and free shipping vouchers.
Does Pacsun offer a student discount?
Yes, students get an extra 10% off online through UNiDAYS. Join UNiDAYS for free and verify your student status, then you can generate a code to use on the Pacsun website.
Does Pacsun offer a military discount?
No, Pacsun doesn't currently offer a military, teacher or first responder discount, and it isn't listed on ID.me. You can still save by joining Pacsun Rewards for the $5 sign-up reward, shopping the Sale section, or using one of the promo codes on this page.
Do Pacsun promo codes work on every brand?
No, not always. Pacsun's offers are marked as valid on select styles and brands, so some labels it stocks can be left out of a promotion. Check the offer details on the code, and look for the discount in your order total before paying. Fear of God Essentials is sold as final sale, so it can't be returned or exchanged even if a code works on it.
Does Pacsun have a refer-a-friend program?
Yes, when you refer a friend through Pacsun's referral form, you and your friend each get 20% off. Your friend has to be a new customer without an existing Pacsun account, and the discount is valid on select styles.
Can I buy online and pick up in store at Pacsun?
Yes, Buy Online & Pick Up is free at select Pacsun stores. Enter your zip code on the product page to see if a nearby store has your size, and wait for the email telling you your order is ready before you head over.
When does Pacsun have sales?
Pacsun has a permanent Sale section, and it regularly adds extra discounts on markdowns. It usually runs "Pac Friday" deals across all categories around Black Friday, and themed events such as denim and back-to-school deals through the year.
Hints and Tips
Join Pacsun Rewards before checkout: Signing up gets you a $5 reward straight away, and Pacsun's terms say rewards are applied after any discounts, so a reward can sit on top of your promo code saving. You also earn bonus points for downloading the app (25), completing your profile (25) and leaving a review (50).
Fill up your graphic tee punch card: Pacsun Rewards members get a free graphic tee worth up to $30 after four qualifying graphic tee purchases. If you live in oversized tees, it's one of the easiest rewards to rack up.
Dig into Sale for extra markdowns: Pacsun regularly stacks an extra discount on top of items already in the Sale section, which is where last season's jeans and swim end up. Some items are sold as final sale, so check the product page before you buy.
Split up an order with a friend: If someone you shop with hasn't bought from Pacsun yet, send them your referral link first. You both get 20% off on select styles, so compare it with the codes on this page and use whichever saves more.
Pick up in store to try before you keep: Choose free Buy Online & Pick Up at select stores, try your jeans on in store, and return anything that doesn't fit there and then with your packing slip instead of paying the $5.95 Smart Label fee.
Download the Pacsun app: Pacsun runs app-only promo codes from time to time, such as an extra 20% off your order, and the app download earns you 25 Rewards points too.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.
However, there are occasions when details change or the sales may expire without us knowing. If this happens, be sure to contact us by emailing coupons.marieclaire@futurenet.com so we know.
How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
