Does EZContacts offer free shipping?
Yes, EZContacts currently offers free USPS Standard shipping (5-7 days) on orders to US addresses, with no minimum spend. It describes this as a limited-time offer, and orders with special promotion pricing may not qualify. Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an extra charge. EZContacts also ships to Canada, where FedEx International Economy costs $29.95 and FedEx International Priority costs $49.95.
What is the EZContacts return policy?
You can return contact lenses within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, as long as the boxes are unopened, unmarked and in their original packaging. Non-prescription glasses and sunglasses also have a 30-day window and must come back with their case, cloth, authenticity papers and warranty cards. Frames with prescription or custom lenses are refunded minus a $25 restocking fee per pair, and you pay return shipping unless the order was wrong or defective. Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta frames are final sale.
Can I exchange unopened contact lenses at EZContacts?
Yes, exchanges of unopened, unmarked boxes are free within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, EZContacts charges a $3 restocking fee per box, and the boxes you send back need at least two years left before their expiration date. Start a return or exchange from the returns form with your order number and email, or select 'Start Return' in your account.
Do I need a prescription to buy contact lenses from EZContacts?
Yes, you need a valid prescription for the exact lens you're ordering, and that includes color contacts worn just for the look. After checkout, you can give EZContacts your eye doctor's contact details, which it says is the quickest way to verify, or upload, fax or email a copy of your prescription. EZContacts says it ships contact lenses the same day your prescription is approved.
