It's been two months since Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel, and now, Khloé Kardashian is speaking candidly about the anxiety she's endured since his hospitalization.
"Lord knows I've had stress and anxiety lately," the author and entrepreneur said in a video posted to her app. "This year has been absolutely horrible, but it's almost done. I'm just praying that 2016 will be better. It has to be."
Unsurprisingly, the gym is Khloé's outlet for stress relief. "I promise you, the gym has taken away so much of my stress," she said. "It has helped calm me down. When I'm fidgety and I just feel like everything is closing in, I go to the gym. You're building endorphins and feeling good about yourself. It's saved me."
Khloé isn't the first celebrity to speak about anxiety and stress this year: Lady Gaga opened up about her battle with depression, as did Sarah Silverman. Hats off to all these women for coming forward about a struggle that's very real.
