From learning to accept her stepdad, Caitlyn Jenner's transition to sticking by her ex, Lamar Odom's side during his hospitalization to handling her own health problems, 2015 has proven to be a trying time for Khloé Kardashian. Even she'll tell you that it's been her "worst year ever."
Never one to stay blue for long though, the Strong Looks Better Naked author has revealed a few ways she's been able to maintain her sunny disposition: a pint of Ben & Jerry's and the occasional sob sesh.
During a Friday Q&A on her website, Khloé was asked: "What keeps you going when you get down in the dumps?," to which she replied: "Sometimes a little bit of ice cream helps." Amen. 🙏
After confirming that she is *indeed* the most relatable of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, the 31-year-old went on to explain how music (and its ability to reduce her to tears) also helps soothe her soul. "But you know what, music is a mood-changer," she continued. "If I'm sad and I'm going to listen to something sad, a love song or whatever, I'm just gonna be sadder and cry. And sometimes you need a good cry."
Still, Khloé believes that waterworks—no matter how necessary—need to be taken care of quickly. "But you cannot sit balled up in a corner and just 'Oh, woe is me.' Everyone is allowed to have their day, everyone's allowed to feel bad, but you've got to get over it," she added. "You've got to get up. Go to the gym, get some endorphins going in you."
Preach, KoKo.
