Does EltaMD offer free shipping?
Yes, EltaMD.com offers free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more, calculated after any discounts and before tax. Below that, standard shipping costs $5.95 on orders between $35 and $75 and $7.95 on orders up to $35. Standard delivery is estimated at 4 to 6 business days via UPS, and orders ship only to residential addresses in the contiguous US (no PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
What is the EltaMD return policy?
EltaMD accepts returns on EltaMD.com purchases within 60 days of purchase, but you need to contact Consumer Support for a return authorization (RMA) number first. You pay return shipping, original shipping charges aren't refunded, and products that are expired, more than 50% used or received as a gift with purchase can't be returned. Products bought from a skincare professional's office or another retailer go back to where you bought them.
Does EltaMD have a loyalty program?
Yes, EltaMD Rewards is free, and you're enrolled automatically when you shop on EltaMD.com. You earn 10 points per $1 spent, and three tiers based on your spend over the last 12 months (Friend, Star at $150 and VIP at $350) add faster earning and birthday gifts. VIPs also get free standard shipping with no minimum. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Can I earn EltaMD Rewards points if I buy from my dermatologist?
Yes, purchases from an Authorized Skin Care Professional earn the same 10 points per $1 once you upload your itemized receipt on the Rewards page. Alternatively, you can use that receipt to redeem points for a cash rebate via Venmo or PayPal, which EltaMD says makes points 50% more valuable. Each receipt can be used for one or the other, and rebates are capped at five, or $250, per 12 months.
Does EltaMD offer a subscribe and save discount?
Yes, choosing Subscribe & Save on a product page takes 10% off every subscription order, and repeat subscription deliveries ship free. Your first subscription order follows the standard shipping rates. You can change the frequency, skip a delivery or cancel from Manage Subscriptions in your account, and most products are eligible.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.

How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
Simply put, the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a deal.
Build a routine bundle to clear $75: EltaMD's Bundles & kits section pairs an SPF with matching skincare, such as the Skin Recovery Kit or the UV Clear Tinted & Untinted Duo Kit, and most land above the $75 free shipping line on their own. If you're just short, a UV Lip Balm SPF 36 or a deluxe mini is the cheapest way to cross it.
Subscribe to your daily SPF: If you go through a bottle of UV Clear or UV Daily every couple of months, Subscribe & Save takes 10% off each order and every repeat delivery ships free, even under $75. You can skip or reschedule a delivery from your account if you still have product left.
Try a deluxe mini before committing: Most of EltaMD's face sunscreens come as deluxe minis, so you can test a texture or tint on your skin before buying a full size. That matters here, because products more than 50% used can't be returned.
