Does Momcozy offer free shipping?
Yes, Momcozy's shipping policy gives free standard US shipping on orders of $24.99 or more, and orders under that pay $4.99. Allow 1-2 business days for processing plus 3-5 business days for US delivery, or up to 20 business days for rural addresses. Larger essentials such as diapers and wipes carry an extra $9.99 shipping fee per order.
What is the Momcozy return policy?
Momcozy accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order, but items must be brand new, unused and unopened in their original packaging, with all accessories and free gifts. You need approval first through its online returns center, you pay return shipping, and the original shipping fees and taxes are deducted from your refund. Clearance items, non-Momcozy branded products and underwear can't be returned.
Can I return a breast pump to Momcozy once it's been opened?
No, an opened or used pump doesn't meet Momcozy's return conditions, which require items to be unopened. If it develops a fault, it's covered by Momcozy's warranty instead: US breast pumps, bottle washers, sterilizers and other electrical products get a 2-year warranty from the delivery date, with free replacement parts or a free replacement of the same model.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
Our team always tries to make sure any out-of-date sales or incorrect deals are not included on our pages. To do this, we check a few things, including:
- Trying the deal and checking if they are valid ourselves.
- Check we don’t have any unique, one-use promotions.
- Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you’ve got all the information.

How do we make money?
It’s completely free for customers to use the deals we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we do need to make money however this will never impact the price you pay. The brand will give us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us keep going whilst saving you more money.
