Can I get free shipping at GLDN?
Yes, absolutely. GLDN has free standard shipping when your is over $150. If your order is less, this costs $7.95. At times, GLDN will have free shipping promotions. We’re currently seeing free shipping for orders over $75 with a specific code.
Is there a GLDN sale on right now?
Yes, GLDN has a dedicated ‘sale collection’ available all year with up to 40% off selected jewelry. We’ve seen many items—from necklaces to earrings, rings or pendants—reduced to under $60.
Does GLDN have a Black Friday sale?
Yes, GLDN usually has a Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale each November. We’ve scoured the brand’s Instagram and noted Black Friday sales for GLDN last year had up to 15% off. The brand also advised the best sale started early Nov (9th), with the same discount.
Is there a free returns policy at GLDN?
Returns will cost $8 for a shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund. You’ll have 30 days to return your item if you change your mind. If your order needs repairing, returns are free with the prepaid shipping label and can be repaired within 6 months for most items or 3 years with solid gold. Exchanges or store credit also have free returns within 6 months from the delivery date.
